Seems ok to me
I am used to these little springy things that put my hair into a bun as I had an Invisibobble one for many years. This one is adequate in comparison. The thing to remember when using one of these gadgets (as the instructions are not at all easy to understand) is that 1) put your hair in a pony tail first. 2) make sure you gadget is on each side of your hair. 3) roll hair UP not Down. 4) Don't pull it too tight as it gets tighter when you spring the gadget closed. 5) You don't have to pull gadget to the end of your hair, you can tuck in any sticking out bits as you wind it up.Follow these instructions and you will find it easy.

Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn't unfurl this
Not sure what this is supposed to do. It was terrible value for money, partly because it was impossible to use - I'd need octopus arms to manage and partly because, when I couldn't use it, I took it apart to see how it was made.A piece of plastic, clearly an off cut from some other manufactured piece because it was multi coloured with a partial print on it.Even with help it was so strongly curled up and so springy it wouldn't stay in my hair properly and just slipped out.

No pins required
Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you do it works a treat. No need for pins. Please note, if you have a lot of hair and it is long, you will need to buy two. I found this out the hard way
