The refrigerator door gasket fit perfectly. It was engineered as OEM. This is a great value because finding an original door gasket for an older fridge is next to impossible. This outfit delivers a custom made gasket based upon your measurements. One thing to remember is that the factory knows how to install these seals perfectly. For the rest of us we may have some difficulty getting it perfect. In my opinion, the best method for install would be to remove the fridge door, lie it down on a flat surface, install the gasket, put the door back on the fridge.

I ordered this in hope it would work for an older refrigerator that does not have the groove and is attached by screws on the door. I sent the overall dimensions and a picture of the existing mount in hopes to be contacted (as there was now apparent way to send notes or to contract seller. The material used does not match and it was made too large to replace the existing one. Furthermore, the magnets are so weak it will not even hold itself to the metal of the refrigerator. I will adjust this post if I can get a refund as apparently it cannot be returned.

My rather old refrigerator gasket is no longer being made so I ordered this one with a bit of trepidation due to the divergent reviews, but my own gasket seems to be pretty well made. I chose to cut a piece off of the old gasket to show it in cross section since the shape is unusual and they did a good job of making a gasket that fits into the outside screw down groove that this refrigerator uses. I'm dropping half a star for the color mismatch, but might up it to 5 stars if the installation goes smoothly once the folds in the gasket have flattened out. Update 2025-11-27: Finally got around to installing the gasket just a couple of days before Thanksgiving as the ice build-up from the old seal eventually caused the refrigerator to stop cooling properly. The custom seal installed without a problem and the seal seats firmly against the refrigerator body without leaks for the first time in a couple of years. I'm upping my review to 5 stars since this is exactly what I needed to have and works perfectly.

The manufacturing method left the corners much denser than the rest of the gasket. This means that the gasket only seals at the corners and not at the rest (98%) of the gasket. When I closed the door the door the gasket was tight at the corners between the door and refrigerator, but for the entire length of the gasket, there was a 3-4 mm gap on all 3 sides that I could see. I presume the bottom of the door was the same. While the product fit my door well in terms of fitting in the groove, it was unusable due to the lack of sealing the door. My old o(original) seal with a large tear in it works much better. This is a non-returnable item. Don't try it unless its a very last resort.

It wasn't packed very well, so I removed it from the plastic bag and allowed it to straighten out for a week before I installed it. It worked very nice and saved me replacing a 1980's Montgomery Ward chest freezer. I highly recommend it, but be sure your measurements are accurate and you send them good pictures of the gasket you are replacing.

It's OK. The issue is it wasn't quite correct in dimensions so the fit isn't perfect, with a part of it refusing to seat all the way in. Had to go ahead and use it though because the official part is no longer available for our fridge (that itself is a scam from the refrigerator manufacturer, like trying to force you to buy a whole new fridge when your seals start to fall).

Product arrive on time. It's not like the original but it works and fit just fine and it was affordable. Also the vender has good customer care and sends instructions on installation process

This company manufactures according to measurements, so I provided the exact dimensions, but they still produced it incorrectly. The height was fine, but the width was about 3 inches too narrow. Since they don’t accept returns, it ended up in the trash. The quality was extremely poor. Because this product was unusable, I checked Amazon and found that the freezer’s own brand actually has an official Amazon store. I also discovered that the door gasket for my exact freezer model was available for purchase there—it’s both original and cheaper. I highly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company. Like many others, you might end up buying garbage and waiting a long time for shipping, only to receive a useless product. If you can’t find the original part you need, you might get lucky and receive an item with the correct dimensions—but don’t expect quality.
