Love this for allergy relief as needed. Breathing is amazing when there's all this pollen in the air. I get a good 24 hours of relief after each use, but really only use it when things are rough.Only thing is that it was supposed to come with a package of tissues and it did not. I purchased the same one a year ago that did come with the tissues, but none this time. I'm not mad about this and I'm a little embarrassed with how many times I've written the word tissues, but I thought they should know. Happy breathing, yall.

Flonase is what keeps my sinuses under control as I travel in cars that have a/c blowing in my face for hours, airplanes with poor circulation and questionable filtration, or when outdoors for a whole day. If I start sneezing or itching, the Flonase works within a half hour to calm it all down. I can't imagine not having it my survival toolkit.
