Spider farmer makes pretty good equipment and this one is up to. Par it doesn't make a lot of noise and removes the moisture from a4x4x8 tent with no problem just don't forget to dump the bucket of excess water (from A separate bucket) as needed.

Keeps my basement humidity at a comfortable 55% on the low setting, best part is that it only consumes 270 watts on low!

As of right now, I have to give it a one star the original box had Styrofoam and stuff in it, but the Amazon box didn’t have any. It was just a box inside a box took it out and it won’t even function like it’s supposed to. The dial is stuck at 25 as soon as you plug in the ethernet cable to hook it up to your controller it just completely stops functioning I looked up and this is a common issue that I don’t know if a sensor on the inside of the machine is broken and dealing with their customer service is not the greatest. You cannot call them only email. For a brand new unit coming and it already can’t be used brand new out of the box and has to be returned. Doesn’t give me high hopes for this dehumidifier in general. And some of the reviews even state that it doesn’t help their tent situation out very much in general. As of right now, it’s a one star review if the second unit arrives and it actually works and performs like it’s supposed to. I will change my review but as of right now, I would not buy this.

This unit does need to sit for 24 hours prior to first use but when you begin using it, it is really nice. Works well with the ac infinity control plug and the ai controller. I used it to dry and on continous all day it had to be emptied once per day. Does have a spot to hook up a hose so thats also nice. Good product.

This dehumidifier is a workhorse and a monster and a beast!! Gets the job DONE. Sleek design, easy setup, love the drain function. Great value…product support is pleasant and responsive.

I bought this with my mister; I ran this product my last harvest. I couldn't tell it was on at first cause of how quiet it is, It pulls moisture down to ideal humidity really fast so you don't have to worry about it. The design is amazing I have it ran to drain out into my sink in my growing room. Was worth every penny.

I have used it for a month or so. It’s effective for small spaces. Perhaps 3x3 max. The duct adapter that snaps in on the exhaust vent does not come off easily and I snapped one of the 4 prongs so be careful. If you need a duct adapter this is a good plug-n-play dehumidifier but I think you can get way better value for your money and rig your own duct adapter if necessary. The temp/dehumidifier sensor was accurate when compared to my other sensors.

This thing is a workhorse! I use it with my 4 X 4 and it works great. My only issue is with the quality of the vent adapter that goes on the output for those of us that prefer to keep it outside the tent. The plastic tabs that connect the adapter to the unit break very easily. Mine will no longer stay attached to the unit. I could think of a dozen alternative designs that would be better than this one. But…I’m just an end customer so what do I know, right? If anyone out there has a hack to keep a broken adapter attached, please share!

Works great. Pulls a ton of moisture out of my apartment. It was delivered to me upside-down by amazon so make sure you leave it right-side-up and turned off for 48 hours before first use so that the fluids all settle properly.

Brilliant item. Very quiet to run, and a fair price for what it is. Not too big and really helps with the humidity

In a Sydney summer, this cannot bring a 3 x3 tent below 60RH even on the lowest setting. The probe reads way off. It pumps out hot air which leads to overheating, and as others have noted it inflates the tent like a balloon even on low. It does remove a lot of water though.

I’m pleasantly impressed with this little unit! It’s kept my grow tent at a perfect environment for my cannabis! ! Only thing is the size of the holding tank is to small. I was emptying it twice in 24 hr period! However I did connect the drainage hose up and I’m worry free now !
