True 20-30mmgh!!! Beware if not prescribed for you.
Perfect for medical reasons, horrible otherwise. These are TIGHTTTT!!! I want to preface by saying I don’t have POTS, varicose veins, currently pregnant or anything that would medically require these. I spend the majority of the day sitting down and I’m chronically sitting with my legs crossed or under me and I noticed I started developing spider veins and quick google search suggested compression tights. I own a pair of (I believe) 15-20 socks and they feel amazing but omg this was pantyhose is definitely way too much for me so I’m returning. I wanted to say first however that they are really good quality, it’s graduated compression so it’s difficult too put on but they’re really stretchy so don’t worry about it. I’m 5’2 and 192lbs and got the XL which fit perfectly for me, I think I could size up to get less compression like some suggested but I think it’d be best for me to look for something with less compression (a 15-20mmg). I have thick thighs and pulled like no other to put on the pantyhose and it hold up well!!! It’s really thick and good quality material. I recommend it!!! If you need it of course, if it’s for aesthetic reasons like me, size up!!! Or just get a pair with less compression, a lot of people are leaving bad ratings because they were too tight and don’t understand the levels of compression. We’re the ones who are wrong for buying something that isn’t for us, I’m sure this is amazing for those who do need it!!

Don't size up! They are supposed to be COMPRESSION. Not tights!
I ordered the xl as I have sweatpants and pajamas in xl. I'm 5'3 230lbs hips 52 inches and they fit so good! I'm not sure why all these reviews are saying to size up because they are supposed to be tight in order to be compression leggings!! Sizing guide isnt correct. These are comparable at my size, in xl to the Doctor Scholls knee high compression socks at moderate compression rating. They are little tricky to get on so you have to put Both calves in first then slide both of the thigh and then pull them up. These do not dig in or roll down they are very comfortable to sit in they are a very thick elastic material but they are see-through so they are not leggings even though they're in the leggings Style. I do like that the toe is free because with my doctor Scholls they slide down and bag at the toe. These do not. I do recommend the toe less tights. Then you can just make sure to put on socks to protect your tights from rubbing in your shoe and wearing out the heel. I highly recommend these they are the best brand I think I've ever bought and a very high quality!

Close but probably not doing what I need them to
So lemme just say I was shocked they fit at all, so that’s a plus, they are pretty thick and sturdy, however, first time putting them on the “shorts” part at the top already looks like it wants to separate from the rest (pictured) it’s obviously very hard to get these up so you don’t have a saggy crotch, so I feel all the pulling rlly put these to the test. They do not stay very well in an hour into wearing them and they keep bunching behind the knee which concerns me since they are compression. Lastly I bought these manly for vercruse and spider veins, some of which I have issue with in the butt region, and I don’t feel like these compress that area almost at all. Idk being a big girl is hard with clothing? Maybe this is the best it gets?

On the Fence…
I like the texture and feel of the material. What I am not pleased with is the fit and this may be, in part, to the size I selected based on the sizing chart. I am 5’2” and weigh 122lbs. I have usually ordered small in other compression stockings, but here a large was recommended due to my measurements: ankle 8” / calf 14” / thigh 22” / waist 26”. I found there’s not enough compression on my lower leg and my thigh area is somewhat tight and the leg length and waistband have a high rise; waistband reaches under my bra. :P I Guess it’s more like a shaper! LOL I am wearing them now for first time and after wearing all day it feels like my thigh area has settled in somewhat…yikes if that means the material stretched out! I am using compression due to recent sclerotherapy. I wanted to increase to 20-30 MmHg as the 15-20 MmHg I was using didn’t provide sufficient compression and noted some veins resurfacing again. :( I do like that I don’t have pancake butt as the top area is not very tight and my pants fit well and it doesn’t look like I’m wearing hose underneath. I really like the open toe model. All this to say I’m on the fence about these, but like them enough to maybe try another one in a medium. I’m just afraid my thigh area will be tighter. I will make up my mind once I wash these and see how that turns out. I would love a similar style with this compression 20-30 MmHg, but more transparent like pantyhose…

Size down, autism friendly
So I ordered this specific brand because my doctor recommended it. I have TNXB haploinsufficiency (subtype of ehlers danlos syndrome) so it's good for that. I'm also autistic and have tried different stockings in the past but the seams were too obvious and itchy so I returned them. Did NOT have that issue with these- only seam is in the crotch area and it's not touching you directly. They're still brand new so I need to wear them longer to know durability. And they're tricky to get on, but that's to be expected with compression garments, just gotta muscle it a little bit. For reference I'm 5'10 and 123lbs, so tall/thin build. The size chart puts me in XL but I went for L instead and L fits very well. So if you're between sizes(my measurements went across L and XL), I'd size down.

Absolutely Horrid
This product is not as advertised. It's awful. I am 5'7, 175. My thighs are 22", so I went with the XXL, even though I'm not normally that size, to be sure these weren't too tight. These are advertised as having the greatest compression in the ankles and working their way up, with less compression as you go, as it should be. WRONG. They were totally loose in my feet and ankles, and so tight in my knees and thighs that it was painful. I couldn't get the crotch any closer than three or so inches to where it should be, and I got dizzy by the time I tried to pull it up over my torso. Absolutely horrid construction, with a stiff, uncomfortable waistband, and totally unwearable. I'm sending it back and I suggest you don't waste your money. This is a dangerous, overpriced product that's impossible to use.

Empfehlenswert !
