This Fram Ultra Synthetic filter works incredibly well. It has strong build quality and you can really tell it’s designed to last. Recommended for full synthetic.
Recommended. Those who care for their car should get one. For full synthetic changes. Ask your oil changer what filter brand they use. Usually cheap junk. Change your oil at 5,000 miles no matter what the manufacturer says and ask that they put this filter on instead of their own.

The grip is a game changer.
I love fram filters mainly because of the easy grip. Putting it on doesn't rest matter which one you use. Taking it off though? Having that grip to be able to twist it off easier is a life saver. I only buy fram filters with the grip for this reason.

Great value high quality oil filters
For the price, these represent great value, and excellent engine protection if you run synthetic oil. Made in the USA, these beat the other stuff available in Oz by miles. You do need to check the cross-ref charts by FRAM to ensure they are the equivalent of original filter, but that's not too difficult. You can use both FRAM and Ryco cross-reg charts, but these FRAM filters are a cut above the ryco imo.

Review after driving 12K KM
It was very easy to install and seemed high quality. DIYing the first, even though I probably rolled a bit tighter than usual, it didn't break. It has been 12K KM without any problems, mostly driving on highway but I think it can take a couple more thousands before I will need to replace. Great product for the price, highly recommended - perfectly fits my 2023 Mazda CX-30
