It is a crowded field for various liquid chalk, and I found this one of the best. I am a 62 year old who lifts heavy weights. I wanted to test this before I went on a vacation, and knew I will not be able to use chalk when I go to gyms when I am travelling. So I tried this out today. My hands were not only dry and chalky for a longer time than any other liquid chalk I had used before, but they also had the appearance of the chalk on them, and my grip on heavy deadlifts remained very good. I will be glad to use this liquid chalk when I am on my upcoming vacation.

My hands don't really sweat...but my lifting partner has a faucet flowing from his. It's a pain in the butt to constantly wipe off the barbell after him after our crossfit sets. Even then it's still a bit slippery. I can't stand to where gloves so I figured I would try his dry chalk. Dry chalk worked ok but I still found myself constantly applying more and more after each set. I went online and looked into some forums about alternatives to dry chalk and found people raving about the liquid option.Aaahhhhh I found a keeper. This liquid option lasts way longer and holds up quite nicely

Chalk works great. Definitely lasts throughout my weights routine although I do end up reapplying. The no mess part is awesome!

I use this for working out. It works fine, but I have to keep reapplying when doing deadlifts. I've used dry hands before, and that usually lasts me an entire workout. I found myself reapplying this chalk almost after every set of heavy deadlifts.Overall, it gets the job done.

I shoot pool and don’t really like using the chalk that everyone rubs their hands on so I got the for a cleaner solution, and it works. A little goes a long way, and I will continue to use.
