I am a HUGE Fan of BUM! A coworker introduced me to BUM energy drinks one fateful morning - I had to be at work early that morning for a meeting, forgot to set up my coffee the night before, and had to run out of the door…. Alone and afraid on only a few hours of sleep without my caffeine. I was not a fan of energy drinks at the time, but I was desperate. My first experience with BUM had me absolutely hooked! I had slept terribly the night before and was absolutely dragging when I walked in that morning… but after about half of the can, I noticed that I felt refreshed and rested, without the jitters. Maybe it’s the Cognizin doin its thing? I don’t know. Either way, I noticed that it had way less caffeine than the Celcius drinks I used to consume and gave me, what felt like, a more natural energy boost…. But the FLAVORS!? They are ON POINT. I have not been let down by a flavor yet! I frankly don’t know how they do it because the flavors taste exactly as you would hope! I also like the fact that it’s not loaded with vitamins. Certain vitamins, such as Vitamin C, tends to reduce the efficacy of some medications and supplements I take in the morning, so I like that I don’t need to be as cognizant to the timing of my supplements and caffeine. I have ordered over 30 cases to date and have tried most of the flavors… So I will review each: 1. Blue Snow Cone: My absolute favorite! This one is more on the sweeter side, bordering on candy-like.. or honestly, very much like a Blue Snow cone! If you prefer less sweet flavors, I would try a can first before getting a case. I like more of the sweeter/fruitier flavors so this one is my top favorite. 2. Pink Lemonade: Tastes exactly as described, like a sweet pink lemonade, without the harsh sugary afterbite of a standard pink lemonade. Pink Lemonade isn’t normally a go-to flavor for me, but this is one of my top BUM flavors. 3. Citrus Burst: Love this one. It reminds me a lot of a Sprite, but a more fruit flavor-forward Sprite. I was expecting to feel “meh” about this flavor, but it was really light, sweet, and very soda-like. 4. Cherry Frost: This one tastes like a cherry ICEE or a cherry snow cone to me! I like it a lot, I expected to like it more than the other flavors but it’s still a solid choice. 5. Grape: I love grape soda and it lived up to my expectations! Seriously easier than drinking a standard sugary grape soda but still sweet and grape-forward. 6. Cola: Yep… I actually like this better than a standard Coke Zero! A lot of brands get the Cola flavors wrong - they end up being too flat and almost syrupy. That was not the case here, it exceeded my expectations. 7. Dr. Bum: I’m a big fan of Dr. Pepper, and same as above… they really nailed this flavor! Tastes even better than a Dr. Pepper Zero to me! 8. Hard to Kill (Strawberry Lemonade): I like this one a lot as well. Tastes like what you would expect a strawberry lemonade to taste like. It’s not my top choice but still a solid choice! 9. Iced Tea Lemonade: Wow, this one is refreshing! I don’t typically go for iced tea or iced tea lemonade in general, as I prefer hot tea… so I was surprised by how much I liked this! It’s a really good “first thing in the morning” energy drink. My coworker, who is normally a fan of iced tea, ranks this as one of her top favorites. 10. Champion Mentality: I saw another reviewer compare this to a Fresca, and I think that’s an accurate comparison. Fresca is “meh” for me, and the BUM version is good. If I had to rank anything last, I would say that this would be last for me… BUT, still a good flavor and I would continue to buy it, I just prefer the sweeter, fruitier flavors better. And… I think that’s all I’ve tried so far! I really want to try the Orange Sunrise and I’m shocked that I haven’t! I think I will save Root Beer and Cream Soda for when I can find them in the individual cans because that’s generally not something I prefer on a regular day. In summary: I’m a big fan!

I tried Bum Energy when it was on sale at Walmart a few weeks. Typically I am a Celsius drinker, which has substantially more caffeine, so I was skeptical trying this out. Now, I'm ordering cases of this stuff here on Amazon. The pros: This drink has 112 mg of natural caffeine. I was skeptical that this would be helpful and have been drinking two of these per day. I find that the addition of Cognizin really is helping me with alertness and remaining focused. This could be a placebo, but unlike with coffee or other energy drinks, I actually find myself more motivated and able to concentrate on the administrative tasks at my job that I tend to put off. I am really enjoying how I feel with these drinks. I also find the taste really good as well - the Dr. Bum flavor is better than other Dr. Pepper drinks, which I don't really care for. It manages to be a tasty, mood-enhancing drink while remaining sugar free and low in calories. The Cons: It's hard to come up with any.

Absolutely love this brand for steady energy. This flavor (as well as the rootbeer and cola) are the best imo, it’s literally like drinking a Dr.Pepper zero while including the perfect amount of clean caffeine. Highly recommend for smooth focus and no jitters!

I tried the Cream Soda and Iced Tea flavors at Buc-ee’s, and they were honestly so good I immediately went hunting for them online. Since barely any stores carry these specific flavors, I ended up buying them on Amazon. The taste is super smooth, the carbonation is light, and the caffeine feels clean — no jitters, no crash, just a nice steady boost. The Cognizin focus blend actually makes you feel sharper too, which is a nice bonus. Flavor-wise, these are a total win. They taste exactly like what you’d hope for: nostalgic cream soda vibes but without the heavy sugary feeling. And the fact that they’re sugar-free but still taste good is kind of impressive. The only downside — and the reason I’m giving it 4/5 — is the 12‑pack situation. For the price, it really sucks that you only get 12 cans. I wish they offered a 20‑pack, or at least 15, because the value just isn’t great unless you catch them on sale. When they’re discounted, they’re absolutely worth it, but full price feels a little steep for how quickly you go through them. Overall: amazing flavor, clean energy, great focus… just not enough cans for the price.

Personal opinion, this is my least favourite flavour of BUM Energy but it is still a 6/10 flavour for me. Not terrible. Pros: - 0 sugar content - No digestive issues (not too much fizz which could cause bloating) Cons - I lean towards thinking price could be slightly more competitive

Provides good energy and concentration without the jitters that other drinks that rely mainly on caffeine to provide energy. Lasts 4-6hrs depending on how much activity I have. I got the iced tea and was nice mild tea flavor without any aftertaste. I had been drinking C4 Smart Energy, which also did a good job, but from time to time I would get that overpowered caffeine feeling like the flu might be coming on. Only thing I would add is that Amazon seems to have hard time supplying rapidly even though I live in a major city, the drink must be so new that distribution is having to ship from other parts of the country, so your order may be delayed slightly and also end up banged up due to the transit.
