These pots look good and would be ideal for those homes where black accents really work. The pots have pre-drilled holes in the bottom to allow for drainage and saucers which allow you to water from below. I guess that this is what they mean when they say "self-watering" in the description. Note however that these are not true self-watering pots and will only be effective for plants where the roots go well down and that like ever moist conditions (assuming you top up).The pots are reasonably flexible to allow for potting and re-potting but yet are firm enough to be robust and look good.The sizes are all different - for me this is good and bad - I perhaps would have liked a set option where I could have 2 of each size (or certain sizes) as I like to mirror my plant placement. That is not a criticism of the product though!

I try to avoid plastic these days but couldn't resist this set of 8 planters as they look practical and durable - as well as really rather stylish for plastic! I like the shape and fluted design, and the matt black colour means that they would go well in any room of my house. I'm also a big fan of nests of planters that not only look neat but also take up much less space when not in use. An added bonus with this set is that it comes with saucers - so often I'm rummaging around in my shed for the right size saucer for a plant I've just potted up!Years ago I used to have a houseplant shop, and I've always had a house full of plants, so am constantly repotting them as they outgrow their pots. Having 8 matching pots of gradually increasing sizes is really useful - although I also like the idea of having a group of plants of different sizes, all in matching pots.Plastic pots need to be sturdy enough not to break but also flexible enough to be able to squeeze the plant and compost out easily when repotting, preferably in one piece. These pots seem just right for that. I also really like the mesh drainage holes which will be good for drainage but also won't let much compost escape, especially when you're potting up a plant with fresh compost.Just one minor point with this listing - it needs amending as these pots are not self-watering. I wasn't looking for that anyway, so as long as you don't expect them to be self-watering, I would recommend this set of 8 planters.

This set of pots come in a range of sizes that give plenty of options for different sizes and maturities of indoor plants or for bringing on seedling in the garden. They’re supplied with saucers, which self water the plant and everything feels robust and well made and they look quite stylish as well. Well priced for the amount you get.

These large set of plant pots are made of strong odourless plastic. These plant pots much nicer than the photos. they are absolutely lovely and the price for 8 different size of pots definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

Before you continue to read, let me tell you that these are not self-watering as per the title and are just basic plant pots. They are well made and nicely sized that they can fit inside each other for storage, but when lined up from large to small along a ledge, they will stand out quite well.As per image, they do have good set of drainage holes that don't get blocked off when kept in their respective saucers, simply by the design being concave.These won't shatter if they fell from a small height, not that I'm suggesting anything of the sort, but simply that they are robust.

This is a really nice ribbed set of plastic plant pots that come ready with holes in the bases and water trays underneath.Large set with all different sizes in and they feel sturdy and have a nice ribbed modern texture to them.Good value for money

I use some of these inside, and some outside.The pots are well made and love they come with saucers to help with bottom watering and drainage.
