Ashtanga Yoga Practice Cards: The Primary Series

I am a huge Kino fan so cannot recommend any of her books, podcasts or CD’s highly enough. I bought these cards to inspire me to ensure I was doing each pose correctly, and they do not disappoint! I think Kino has stumbled on a winner here, it would be amazing to have cards for beginners to yoga so I can give to friends and family who aren't quite sure where to start. Top notch!

These are really great for home practice. Clear photos excellent ques and you can have them on the floor by your mat to help you along. Love them!

These are beautifully made, very clear and extremely helpful

I liked the size of the cards. However I do think a lot of the poses are advanced. I have a smaller pack that teaches you to warm up & down & the poses are easier to start with. So I was disappointed. Also I think they are expensive for what they are.

Very disappointing that these cards are being sold- they are missing vital cards and this is not acceptable. This could prove dangerous to a student who is not familiar with the primary serious resulting in injuries. I feel mislead and this is not ethical practice to sell these cards.

I love this teacher she is great I was very disappointed to receive these cards in such a poor condition. The box is broken and the seller does not have a replacement. So I need to stick with my 1500 inr damaged product, really bad service, check the video it is not like a new product should look like.

Son estupendas. Lo único que me ha tirado un poco para atrás es que son muy grandes como tamaño A5 cada una. Tiene el punto positivo de ser muy ilustrativas en cuanto a la forma "correcta" de las asanas, con una foto muy grande, pero le quita portabilidad. Y la información que contienen podría ser más extensa con tanto espacio disponible. Por el resto, muy bien. Sería genial que editase una versión para la segunda serie. A resaltar que la presentación en caja de cartón es inmejorable, preciosa. Le da aspecto de objeto importante en mi librería.

Die Karten haben eine tolle Qualität, sie sind verständlich und optisch ansprechend gestaltet und sortiert. Ich hatte sie als Geschenk bestellt und meine Mutter hat sich sehr gefreut!

Mais, honnêtement, je ne lis pas le texte. J'utilise juste les photos pour me rappeler la pose. Je pense qu'il avoir d'abord pratiqué pendant au moins 1 an avant que ce soit utile.
