Great after-sales support from Da URBAN. The backrest frame on my Merlion office chair cracked within a couple of weeks of use, but when I raised a warranty claim the team responded quickly and shipped the replacement parts - full backrest including the mesh and headrest - within just 5 days. The support staff (Vaishali) was helpful throughout and also assured me that any future issues within the 3-year warranty period will be handled the same way. Really happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The chair itself is comfortable and good value, and knowing the warranty is genuinely honoured makes it an easy recommendation.

Great chair and excellent after-sales service. I have been using this chair for over 2.5 years. Recently, a part of the chair broke, and since it was still under warranty, I contacted the support team. They processed the replacement quickly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The chair is sturdy, offers a good level of adjustability that is sufficient for most users, and the overall build quality is excellent.

The product is comfortable, value for money. Although the back rest broke with 2 months but Ishika was very kind and helpful enough to send the replacement part within 4 days! This brand has very good customer service in today's world.

Product got damaged within a year. But the customer service is good and they are sending the broken parts again. ----------------- July 4th - replacement part received and able to use the chair without any issues.
