I was skeptical about this being good quality, but it is! It's very easy to use and does a great job. I thought it would use some sort of cleaning solution, but it has a little water tank and spits that out as needed. I'm actually pretty impressed with the job it does, and I've had no problems with it at all.

I saw this and thought "no way". Then I saw how many positive reviews and had to try it. I should have stuck with my gut on this one. It must be the novelty of it that people like. It does great if you wash the window first. Otherwise it just smears the dirty around in streaks. Until they figure a way too actually remove the dirt from the window it's just going to smear it around. It's pretty cool to watch it stick to the window and go back and forth but DON'T GET SUCKERED! The instructions are really vague. The machine has 3 pattern settings, Z,N, and perimeter edges. If you wash the window first it needs to do all three patterns to leave the window streak free. It has no setting to do all three automatically. You have to push a button to make it do the pattern you want so you have to babysit it before you can tell it to go to the next pattern. Furthermore, there is no way to tell what pattern it is on so you have to wait for and watch it to start cleaning before you know if you got the right pattern. This is time I could be using to wash the window myself. It needs to use all three patterns to do the job with minimum streaking that you will need to come behind and touchup. But it needs to be told which pattern to use. Again, Time I could be using to wash the window myself. Here's what I did. I washed 5 windows, first washing after new construction, and let the robot follow behind me after each one while I was washing the next one. I was using a sponge, squeegee and vinegar water on the out side and windex on the inside. Then I followed the robot with a damp paper towel and got the edges and spots. They came out nice. Then I put on and fresh cleaning pad and did two windows without pre-washing. They look worse than when I started, horrible. I had to go back and rewash by hand anyway. Robot was a total waste of time. In the amount of time I spent pre-washing the windows, setting it up and babysitting it to tell it what to do next and then follow up after wards, it is easier and quicker to wash the windows myself. Summary, it's less work and quicker to wash the windows myself. Or work a couple extra hours and pay someone to do it for me! This is a novelty for now. Someday soon, someone will figure out how to use this technology with technology that does work and we will have a robot window washer. But this is not it.

The product works pretty well cleaning. Don’t expect it will clean like a manual window cleaning. But it is reason removing dust film. There is no warranty offer by the manufacturer nor was it mentioned in the owner manual. When I contact the manufacturer about warranty, the reply was to contact the seller. Don’t know if there is any warranty support at all. That may be a consideration if one should buy this machine. Imdecide to keep it because it is working fine now.

I received the machine a few days ago and was trilled with its performance. The very next day I used it the patterns between the N and Z sequence were working a mixture. The remote was not controlling the cleaner the way it was intended. The very next day I was using the washer as I have several more windows and balcony glass then most the washer wasn’t correctly working but 1 out of say 10 commands. I received my washer from Amazon America to my Mexican address and with less then twenty days to go on my winter’s stay here, I’ll take in my luggage back home and will return it immediately. Very disappointed and would no recommend.

Terrible and zero instructions or troubleshooting tips! The phone number to the manufacturer doesn’t work and when going to the website my phone gives a warning that it isn’t a safe site. I’ve used this machine once before this and the spraying function barely worked. Now the second time using it doesn’t work at all! I so wanted to love this machine but unfortunately I’m extremely disappointed.

Funciona perfectamente, espero dure con su uso... Es bastante grande y pesado, pero el poder de succión es muy bueno, se nota firme contra el vidrio. Es de muy fácil uso y su trabajo es espectacular, relativamente rápido.

Compré 2. Son ruidosos y uno vino sin funcionar el pulverizador

Lo probé, pero dos de sus boquillas no funcionaban y tuve que devolverlo, pero el robot me encanto.

I’m very satisfied with the HUTT A1. The suction is excellent—it sticks to the glass very securely. The four spray nozzles are practical and work well. It comes with three cleaning pads, which is perfect for someone like me with large windows at home. Overall, it’s an excellent product and I highly recommend it. The only downside is that the voice prompts can’t be turned off and are only in French, which can be a bit annoying. Still, despite this, I think it definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

Laut Testbericht der 2. Platz. Ich bin bestimmt nicht kleinlich, aber das geht gar nicht. Gerät sprüht nur in eine Richtung. 2 Düsen ohne Funktion. Wischergebnis mangelhaft. Alles voller Streifen, selbst nach drei Durchgängen. Gerät geht ultimativ zurück.

Entièrement satisfaite du produit. J'ai fait une véranda, une baie vitrée, une panoramique.. 0 traces et une rapidité de lavage. Je recommande.

Wrong language is installed, French was installed but it should be English, manual worthless, customer support non existence. do not buy.
