Good quality silicon that is great at stopping mold coming back. Bought it to seal around a shower after old silicon kept failing.Really pleased with the performance and quality.Comes with a little screw on cap for the applicator which helps prevent it setting in the tube so you can use it again within a couple of weeks.Touch dry in an hour or so
