Works perfect for a through axle set of gravel wheels with 160mm rotors. Keeps the rotors safe from getting dirty or bent and also keeps my car and surfaces from being damaged by the sharp edges. A little expensive but the fit is good and materials are high quality.

This is exactly what I needed to protect my disc rotors. I recently bent rotor while hanging on my garage wall, and that prompted me to search for a better way to protect the rotor. They are so delicate, and padded bags are not a guarantee to save them from a bump. This device does the trick. It bolts together through the axle, and covers the rotor with a rigid plastic protector. Easy to install and very secure. Worth the price.

Very solid cover - will not break or bend during transit - I use a soft sided case so the wheels, while protected, can get banged as the baggage guys throw things around. Very happy with the purchase.

I've had to transport my bike on airplanes with me, and these were a huge asset. Even though the bike bag had a way to "protect" my disc brakes, it didn't seem like they could. Enter these! They were easy to put on. Handled well with cross-country transport and connecting flights. Adequate protection achieved. I recommend to anyone who needs to transport a bike with disc brakes.

Spindles do not fit Trek activity bikes - check carefull to see if they will fit your bike

Good addition to the bike bag for protecting disc rotors. Easy to use, haven’t had any issues with bent discs since. Travel with my bike often.

Orucase Disc Rotor Protectors are ideal for protecting disc rotors on bikes equipped with ‘Thru Axles’. Be aware that the protectors are NOT COMPATIBLE with Skewer-equipped Quick Release axles. This compatibility issue is mentioned on the Orucase website but not on its Amazon Listing.

The protectors are a very good idea but the spindles provided are too large a diameter to pass through my hubs. Could be both a disc protector and a time saver but not with these spindles, probably too late for a return or replacement spindles.
