Excellent quality. The flavour is just like toffee (to us anyway) rich and not too heavy.There won’t be anyone here refusing to have a desert spoon full every morning .

Bought specifically for making my bread. A loaf made with a high proportion of wholemeal flour is more springy and moist when this malt is added. I dissolve a large teaspoonful of malt in hot water, let it cool then add to ingredients prior to kneading. It also makes a delicious bedtime drink....dissolve a very generous teaspoonful in hot milk.

This malt extract is heaven. Thick indulgent glossy smooth as velvet and super tasty ( and great for your gut health!!!!!) just like the malt extract my mum used to give me as a child back in the 70’sPotters malt extract ( which I have used for decades) used to be like this but potters new recepie is too runny and now tastes bad and cheap and nastyMeridian will be my new brand. It’s just perfect. Also I used it for the first time ever to make choc chip chewy malt cookies ( they taste sooooo good ) I am in love with this product

This kinda tastes like a mix between honey and jam, but I'm not a fan at all. I purchased this as I heard it helps with loose poops. It didn't make any difference though.
