Acceptable quality, one jumbo size bread sandwich, non toxic plates with toxic spatula
Product quality could have been better, only two regular size bread sandwich can be made at a time, and only one jumbo size bread sandwich (not two as written in details). Plate width 25 cm x 17.5cm. They provided plastic spatula instead they should have provided wooden as we are preferring nontoxic material.

Poor design causes uneven
Could have been a great product, but the design has a major flaw. The gap at the hinge/joint side is too small, which ends up crushing the sandwich on one side while leaving the other side partially open. Because of the uneven pressure, the sandwich gets spoiled instead of being toasted properly. Happy to provide detailed feedback for improvement if seller wants to contact me

Excellent product
Worthy product if you are looking to grill two large loaves of sandwiches at a time. While the coating is really of good quality , the overall product is too good for it's marketing and brand

Broken Handle
Was skeptical reading reviews about broken handle. Still ordered it and yes, I got the item with a broken handle. (Box was not sealed) The grill is light and appears flimsy. Wanted to get a refund, but the only choice available was free replacement which is not the usual options. So, asked for a replacement. However, I prefer a refund for this and request the vendor (RetailEZ, which is a good vendor) to do so.
