I followed the instructions precisely. Leaving the top on the refill (as the instructions specifically direct) prevent the collar from clicking in to place. Remove the refill top BEFORE you reattach the collar and everything is fine.An error of this magnitude (not omission) is so basic and would be picked up anyone verifying the (short) instructions that it erodes confidence in the entire product.One star seems a bit fierce but it most certainly doesn’t deserve four stars. Three feels about right.

First time trying hair removal cream and Jesus Christ does it work. Definitely use in the shower or in bath if you can, with very shallow water. Just beat the stuff in on your areas like you would a beauty blender with foundation, boogie to your fav tune and then begin to remove.From the first swipe I was in shock ahahaha and 100% the best thing I’ve bought and is a life saver in the fact that I have a holiday in a week.I did a test area to see what way my skin/hair reacts and so far so good. Will keep up to date and will be going in a day or 2 to do the rest. Just want to make sure I’m not irritating any skin!Also whoever thought of including a sponge deserves a raise! You are a life saver and I have a special place for you in my heart lol

Inky gets 1 star as i have to press but uf there was a zero star that would be itI used this opening it up used the sponge to apply and sliced into my leg i could feel so many hard lumps inside got my husband to help he found loads of hard very sharp buts of plastic in the cream and all over my legs! This is dangerous i only had a small chunk of skin taken off with it but could have been worse if id used my hands to rub it on
