Safe and effective on my sensitive tummy.
This works good in my upset Tum Tum. I don’t know if I have ulcers or H-pylori again, but this sure settles it down without any bad chemicals that I can’t tolerate. I only take them for a few days and it all settles down.

I'm not sure if it's working....
I bought this one because I thought it might be more gentle on my system than the last digestive enzyme, which would cause burning in my stomach. I guess maybe it's too gentle? I am not sure if it's working or not. But it doesn't cause burning! I have to mark it down to 3 stars because this is the first supplement ever to unscrew and empty into my purse on its own. Most pill bottles are secure!

Effective, easy to swallow Probiotics & Prebiotics.
These are definitely quality and effective probiotics. These capsules are nice and small, so they are easy to swallow. These not only help with digestive bloating but also a great boost of the immune system. I use them when I feel like I'm coming down with something or have been having stomach issues. Especially helps with stomach issues around that time of the month. Gut health is so important for the entire body and all of its systems, I think this gets the job done.
