I purchased these washable dog diapers and have been very happy with how well they work. They fit comfortably, stay in place, and provide good protection without restricting my dog's movement. The adjustable straps make it easy to get the right fit. The material feels soft and durable, and I love that they are reusable instead of constantly buying disposable ones. They wash well and hold up nicely after multiple uses. They’ve been especially helpful for keeping accidents under control while still allowing my pet to be comfortable. Overall, these are a great value and a practical solution for pet parents. This will save our carpet and tile from our 14-year-old Weim with bowel/liquid bowel incontinence issues. After three nights of accidents, we finally purchased these. The fit is GOOD. I am uncertain why others have had issues with the fit. I stand behind our pet, the tail opening is good, and I attach the velcro as snug as possible. This stays on even with his circling and up and down before he actually sleeps. So far, the pet pampers have NOT leaked, I use a residential pressure washer to remove the deposits, as an outdoor water hose with a heavy spray was ineffective for the amount of mess left. Our weim has ZERO issues with the pet pampers. He is ok during the day; however, at night he cannot quite make it outside in time. We purchased another set as these work so well for us now. I used Tide liquid detergent, with a scoop of Oxy-Clean powder, and about a cup of Odo-Ban in the bleach dispenser. The pet pampers came out as clean as possible. A bit of staining; however, I expected this given the amount of bowel liquid deposited. Trying not to type TMI details, hope you all understand. I am quite pleased with the quality of the padding, the amount absorbed, the colors, and they are washable - so good for my fur baby, good for me and hubby, and good for environment.

Size medium is great for a 23 pound female pug with spay incontinence! Our girl sleeps in our bed (next to me, usually) and has started having slow leaks when she sleeps. After a week of waking up in a wet spot every night, I ordered these dog diapers to try. I'm honestly very impressed with them for the most part. They 100% catch all of her urine that dribbles out in her sleep and they don't leak out the sides or tail hole at all. It probably helps that she's a slow leaker rather than doing a forceful stream all at once into the diaper but they do work very well for what we needed. The diapers wick extremely well for slow leakers too. They are pretty much dry whenever we take them off of her and the only way I can tell she leaked is because there's usually a yellow spot. I've put them through the washer and dryer several times with no problems. It's way easier than washing our bedsheets every night. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the size Medium leg holes and tail hole are a little looser than I would prefer but that's due to the stocky build of our pug. There is some slight gapping around the legs, especially when laying down. This isn't an issue for us because our girl is more of a slow leaker so the diaper wicks everything away before it can get to the leg holes but I could see this being a problem if you needed these for anything else. Our dog doesn't love wearing them but she acclimated pretty well after the second time. She can run, play, stretch, snuggle, and sleep comfortably in them. We're probably going to put her on medicine for the spay incontinence eventually but these diapers work decently in the mean time.

Our part Rhodesian Ridgeback pound puppy, Lucy Lu, is 17 years old and on serious "bonus miles". She's deaf as a post, sleeps most of the day, but somehow still is wide awake at 3:45 - 4am (ugh!) demanding her breakfast and just as demanding after 4pm waiting for her dinner. Her only real issue is she has "DM" (degenerative myelitis the condition most commonly seen in German Shepherds, responsible for giving them that "crouching down" look in their hind quarters.) DM also can affect a dog's ability to control their bowels and though Lucy didn't start pooping all over the house, our "window of opportunity" to get her outside was diminishing (as was her walking speed) and that made for occasional "surprises". Our vet gave us the "maybe it's time" talk (something we have never had to do with any of our 5 other dogs that have come and gone in our lives) and, at first, we sort of said, "Well, Lucy Lu is the oldest dog we have ever had, maybe it is time..." Then we did the old Ben Franklin "T" account and the only real entry in the negative column was the occasional "poop oops"... We then had to ask ourselves, "Is putting a dog down because she occasionally poops in the housethe only option? Seems kind of extreme for a dog who has been devoted to us for 17 years and is otherwise in pretty decent health..." Looking on line we found many people use doggie diapers (on their dogs, not personally... not that we are aware of, at least!) and thought we would give them a try. Looking on Amazon we found the Pet Parents dog diapers and ordered a 3 pack. Unfortunately, we are size-measuring challenged and got the ginormous (large) size, first. No matter how much we cinched them up, we couldn't get them to stay on well enough (and, more importantly, close up the leg openings enough) that an occasional surprise didn't partially escape the diaper. (At her peak Lucy was about 60 pounds, now she's a bony 40-ish (meaning there also isn't a lot of soft tissue "meat" on her bones to for the diaper to sort of "grab onto" so doing a better job at measuring would have been wise on our part.)) But, even making that sizing mistake, coming home after a relaxing dinner was no longer met with an "Oh, great, Lucy pooped and walked through it (and fell on it) throughout the dogs' room (or in her crate)!" and instead turned into, "Well, she pooped, but only that one piece escaped..." making clean up far less involved. Being the rocket scientists we are, we thought, "Hmmm, maybe we should get the mediums and try those out..." So, we did that and, miracle of miracles, they work perfectly! They fit great and do exactly what they are supposed to do (without a rogue piece making a break for it out of the leg holes as happened with the much too large "large" size we originally ordered.) Here is one thing our vet did say, though, of a negative (or at least "cautious") nature about using diapers for dogs with fecal incontinence issues... While the "problem" (yep, the poop, that "problem") is contained, it drops down from under the dog's tail and is ultimately held right in the same area as the dog's vulva/vagina and if left there for any length of time can cause urinary tract infections. So, while the problem of poop being all over the floor, inside her crate, etc. is addressed, the indiscriminate (meaning "left on for too long") use of diapers on a female dog can possibly cause other health issues with the dog. Since we always know when Lucy has last pooped and can fairly accurately (+/- an hour) know when she is due to "drop a deuce", we make certain if we are going to leave the house not to be gone so long that we are seriously pushing the envelope on the length of time she might be in a diaper that is full. I apologize for going into so much poop detail, but, that is exactly why we bought these diapers and for anyone else with a dog with similar issues, it's the sort of "stuff" you probably want to know. BTW, we did ask for a return authorization for the large diapers and Pet Parents granted our request without an issue. They are a great company to deal with. Okay, one last comment addressing a HUGE Amazonian pet-peeve (see what I did there?) of mine... I am writing this review in exchange for absolutely NOTHING!!! I did not receive these dog diapers at a "significant discount" in exchange for anything, I did not receive these for free so Pet Parents could get a five star review... We bought and paid for these doggie diapers with our own money, paid full price and are gladly writing a review (which we normally don't take the time to do) because they work and the company has been great to deal with! (And, if anyone from Amazon is listening... do you honestly think "Top Reviewer" status means anything any more thanks to all of the paid shills (that any scammy merchant can find/hire in a heartbeat on Fiverr or Google by searching "Amazon reviews for hire") that are out there who will review anything/everything thrown their way for free??? You have made the job of researching and buying a legitimate product so much more difficult for us average consumers because of the BS "I was provided this product at a significant discount in exchange for my honest review..." bought/paid for reviews. If you are going to still allow those paid for reviews to appear, how about not including any of those reviews which contain that disclaimer to appear in a merchant's star-rating (or, better yet, how about including another field that shows something like, "72% of this merchant's reviews were in received in exchange for free product"!) Okay, bogus review rant over... now back to my feelings about these dog diapers and the merchant... Thank you, again, Pet Products for a great product and great service! You literally are life savers (or, in the case of Lucy Lu, life "extenders")!

Please see my video. I have a older intact female (9y) Jack Russell Parson (long-legged) and have bought many different versions of this kind of female ‘diaper’ in the past. (No she has never been bread nore will she ever be- I just kept missing the window when I first got her and then life kept happening and she was very abnormal with her heat cycle and has only had 4-5 her whole life). This diaper, by far, seems to be the most comfortable for my girl. I did get the size wrong at first even though I measured and ordered per the instructions. I had to return and go up a size. They were WAY bigger when the next batch came in (almost laughable in comparison). The too small for her were perfect fit around the legs but I couldn't fasten the waistline- even with the extender. The new larger replacements were a lot better fitting around the waistline but droopy in the tummy area and around the legs. (We can't always have everything 🤷🏼‍♀️😉) I thought the diaper might fall off but as I watched her get her normal zoomies out of her rebounding around the house like a pinball and scooting her bum along the carpet hoping to rub the darn thing off when I first put it on, I was pleased to see it stayed on and only moved slightly. 👍🏼 The material is very nice. Soft to the touch and well padded inside with plenty of absorbing material if you choose to allow your furbaby to use the diapers commando. I know this becausemu hubby took too long to close the door behind him and Mrs Thing shot out the door- diaper on- coped a squat (right in front of me 😑) and just stared as she happily weed into her diaper 🤦🏼‍♀️. Not a drop of urine came out of the diaper. (Boy was I upset however lol 🤨) While the diapers have been on, I haven't had any ‘spots’ around my home. The smell of her heat cycle is also kept to a minimum with it on. You get 3 in a pack and I'm pleased with my purchase. I think they are of very good quality and they will last a long time but I do think the design is a bit lacking around the legs for dogs. My opinion on this is probably because the smaller sizes can be used for felines as well and it's also hard to make a quality product that is a fit for all breeds. Perhaps if the manufacture could figure a way to be able to secure/tighten/snug the legs a bit better (like with the added velcro strap for the waist) it would be even better ☺️. Even still, I think this specific product is really good for the money- it does the job that I need it to do and it protects my home from a bloody mess (pun intended! 🤢) Highly recommend this product.

Update: I tried the small size (one size up) and while the leg hole fit better, they were much too big around the waist and there was too much fabric in the crotch. My cat did not enjoy them at all and refused to walk or even stand upright, while in the XS size she at least tried to walk a little. But if you buy these, don't expect your cat to just walk around like normal, they will act very wobbly and even fall off things or miss jumps, so definitely be careful and supervise your pet while wearing these. I really only use these for maybe 20 min at a time to calm my cat down during her high heat times of the day (most yowling), she seems to get distracted by it when I put them on. But since she cant walk in them, I dont leave her alone or leave them on long. They dont prevent her from spraying of course because I cant leave them on her, so overall these didnt really do the intended job but they are well made and kind of fit so thus the 3/5 rating. Original review: I bought this set of black diapers for my cat who keeps going into heat. We've been trying to get her spayed for months but she has a medical condition and her surgery failed, so it's taking time to sort through our options for another try at the spay (needing to make appts with specialists, etc). In the meantime, I was hoping these would work to help with her spraying issue during heat. I know these are technically meant for dogs, but it's hard to find a diaper-type device for cats. What made me choose these were the small opening at the rear. My cat sprays during her heat, so I'd want to keep that area as covered up as possible during her peak spraying times or when I couldn't supervise her as she goes around the house peeing on everything. Other diapers I found have a large tail opening, which wouldnt work in this case. The problem is the sizing of these. I chose the XS because it matched her waist size, but it's the leghole size and the body length that seems to matter more. It was very tight around her legs, putting alot of pressure on her thighs and rear. Of course, being a cat, she just laid on the floor immobilized after I put it on (cats don't like wearing things, they go limp). I think this was partly due to how it cinched her legs too roughly and tightly. Walking doesn't seem possible or natural, as the leghole bands are very oblong and don't allow for normal movement. Also, only because she was in the throes of heat, rolling on the floor, did she allow me to thread her tail through the very small hole in the diaper. Otherwise, if she was in her right mind, she would never have let me, because it took too long to do and she was already not very happy about it. I am going to try a size small (one size up) and see if that works better. I will update my review then. Overall, these seem like they could work if: you find the right size (waist, leghole, and body length of the pet from right before their legs at the waist, to their tail base), and if you feel you can get the pet's tail easily into the small hole without them freaking out. There is a wide band of velcro around the waist so the waist size isn't as important, as you can velcro at any place on the band. I would recommend these for a try to see if they work for you as they seem good quality. For reference, I have a siamese bengal cat mix, she is very lithe and long and thin, about 7 lbs. Her waist size is under 10 inches, which is why I went with the XS but again, they were too small around the leg.

I’ve ordered a few brands from Amazon and I must say this one fits my 3lbs Yorkie puppy the best! This is her first heat and I was a little nervous that she would be resistant to wearing diapers but this one fits perfectly! Although she is tiny her body is a bit long for her size— this is the only one that covers up to her waist, making it not falling out easily like others. After a few days she’s coming to me to let me put it on her willingly. She actually likes it! It’s amazing ❤️ The Velcro strap is very adjustable and is super strong it holds it in place all day. Great absorbency, and stains come off easily with hand wash. AND they look super cute! Makes my baby look like an underwear model all day 🤭.

I used Pet Parents' belly bands for my old man dog, and they worked like a charm. My new old lady dog was diagnosed with diabetes insipidus, so she suddenly started peeing LARGE volumes of pee at night in her sleep. For reference, she is a 12lb fluffy white pup, 14" waist. Initially, I tried out another brand that was almost identical to this design, but I ordered the medium since everyone said they ran small (I imagine the sizing is comparable to this brand). The medium waist was JUST right at the absolute tightest it could be, and it ended up being a little too big. I ordered the Pet Parents one in a smaller, and the fit is MUCH better. It's nice and snug with the velcro at the loosest setting, with room to adjust tighter if needed. I will say that BOTH brands have the same design flaw: the elastic around the leg is too loose and doesn't make a seal, which leaves room for leakage. If she was still needing diapers now (medicine is helping a lot), I'd probably try to figure out a way to sew them a little shorter, but it's too much of a hassle for me to care right now. My work around the leakage was to also buy some reusable puppy pads to lay on her bed and my couch where she likes to sleep so they can catch whatever leaks out. It worked for the most part, though it gets kind of tiresome. The two brands were both very similar in material and design, but I will say one huge difference: the other brand's outer layer was NOT leak proof; if she saturated the diaper, the outside would be damp by the morning. Even though the Pet Parents diapers leaked, the outer layer of fabric was always still dry, so I know they leaked out the sides of the legs rather than through the diaper itself. Also, the tail hole on this Pet Parents brand is a little snugger than the other brand, which I liked. One negative: the absorbent pad part is just a little smaller than I would like for it to be. I would have liked it to extend all the way to the edges of the legs where the elastic is. Instead, you can see in the photo where the stitched rectangle is, and that's essentially where the absorbent pad ends. That leaves about a 1/2 inch of material where the urine can leak through. I will say, though, this seems to be how ALL of the comparable products are (I researched a lot), and I'm not sure there is any better of an option out there. So... this one still seems to be the best option out of what is available. As long as your pup isn't completely oversaturating it with a disproportionate amount of urine (courtesy of diabetes insipidus) like my little one was, it should be sufficiently absorbent. What I have found to work for cleanup: I rinse the diaper in the sink with hot water, then soak it in a bucket of vinegar and water (roughly 1 part vinegar, 2-3 part water... although I just eyeball it) for a while. I usually try to wait until I have 4-5 dirty ones to wash them in my washer/dryer, so I just let them stay soaking in the vinegar until it's time to wash. That helps to eliminate any yucky urine odor (although you do smell vinegar, haha). Then I wash them per the instructions they come with. This has worked well, and I haven't noticed any degradation of the product at all. Overall, I love the quality of the material and construction on these diapers, and if your pup is needing diapers, just do yourself a favor and just buy these now. It's not worth the hassle of trialing other products since this one works the best out of them all, in my experience.

Compré la talla L (grande) para una perra de 34 kilos que tiene incontinencia. Los pañales le quedaron chicos pero no había tiempo para devolverlos ni era opción porque uno se manchó al momento de probárselo. Son de muy buena calidad pero tuve que hacerles varios ajustes. 1- le estrangulaba las patas traseras y la cola. Tuve que cortar el pañal y meterle una tira de tela en la parte del vientre y otra en la parte del lomo para hacerlos más grandes. Eso implicó poner más velcro. Tuve que descoser el anillo donde va la cosa, cortar completamente el resorte y volverlo a coser porque le estaba estrangulando la cola y no dejaba de morderse para aliviar el dolor. Los sigo usando pero opté por comprar otros de una marca que tiene una tabla que considera para la talla el ancho de la pata, la distancia de la cola a la cintura y el peso. Estoy usando Wegreeco, que además tienen unos broches en la parte de arriba que te permiten ajustar el ancho del pañal en la parte del lomo. Ya no me quise arriesgar a pedir de esta marca la talla XL. Creo que esta marca es buena opción para perros medianos. El pañal rosa es el de la marca wegreeco. Es bastanta más amplio y cómodo para mi perra

These washable dog diapers are perfect for my senior dog. They are soft, comfortable, and stay in place well. The absorbency is great for daily use, and I love that they are reusable and easy to wash. It really helps manage accidents and keeps my dog clean and happy. Highly recommend!
