These work great for my picky 5yo ADHDer. I always give it to him in the morning along with his omega and multivitamin w/ zinc. They seem to help level out his mood. He’s never complained about the taste and is always excited for his gummies in the morning. Will buy again.

Bought these hoping they would be a great melatonin replacement. I dont know if they are but my kids love them and have stopped coming downstairs every night complaining about not being able to get to sleep

Purchased these for our kids. This supplement helps them fall asleep at night and helps prevent slow digestion… they work well and the kids like the taste.

Helps my daughter with her nightly leg pains. She enjoys the flavor of these.

After seeing some research about the negative effects of melatonin on hormones, i decided to switch my daughter to these. She doesn't love the taste, but says it is OK. She did require an adjustment period of a few days, but it seems to work well. No complaints and I feel better about using this over straight melatonin.

Great for adults who prefer smaller does of magnesium.

The product is covered in sugar, the dosage is too low and it doesn't help kids to sleep or relax. I chose it because it was cheaper but as the dosage of magnesium is low, you have to give your kids more gummies so the product doesn't last as expected. I don't recommend it. I will buy another brand!
