Took a couple of tries to get used to how to wrap it and it hold its shape around the pan. They fold and take up little room in storage. They wash well as well. I’ve done a few cakes with these and they work at keeping the cake level, once you get the hang of using these. The purple color is beautiful!

I bought these assuming they would be similar to the Wilton strips I already have. They are smaller and not as thick and not as absorbent. I question their ability to make a big difference for buffering the heat since the fabric does not feel very absorbent. In the last picture you can see that it’s made of synthetic less absorbent material unlike the Wilton ones which feel more like cotton. I will be returning them.

These are for my young baker. In the past she would trim the layers to make them flat. Now with these they will bake flat. She’s looking to bake more with her mom who does specialty baking for select clients.

I absolutely love these, they are easy to use and They help the cake to bake evenly.
