Easy to use
I hate taking vitamins. And I’m low on iron so I’m supposed to be adding an iron supplement every day. I see that these have just a bit less iron than what I was taking, PLUS all the other vitamins. I don’t have to swallow anything. I do forget to put one on from time to time and I can tell when I forget. I start to get a headache. So I keep a few in my desk at work so I always have one for when I forget after my shower.

All these things did was stay on for a few minutes and fell off. It was. I broke a sweat total junk waste of money.

Great product
I desperately needed vitamins, but was unable to get a supplement down so I tried these. They helped tremendously! The only downside it I did get a rash that wont go away. Now, I am slightly latex allergic so I’m sure that’s why.
