Great but not for diabetics
About the delivery, the outer cardboard box was crumpled but the inner pouch was okay. As for the product, the flavor is definitely chocolatey, the sugar should be lesser. I mixed it in lukewarm water and noticed a few lumps which needed more stirring. Overall, it's a good supplement, I really didn't feel hungry for a long time after the six scoops of Ensure in the morning. It's good nutrition for your body.

Damaged original packing . Check images ,Inner package of the Ensure is specifically damaged at the bottom,and it was totally accessible to inside. Upper part of the product official packaging is prestine.
