These heated stones are amazing and my clients love them. Make sure you are familiar with the heat levels before you use them.

Product is clearly used
I'm very disappointed with the condition of this product. I ordered a brand‑new item, but what I received is clearly used. The stones show signs of wear, and the case looks like it had water inside, leaving dark spots throughout. The quality is so poor that I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone …not even my worst enemy.
