It is like an alarm clock
I purchased this for my daughter. She has had some accidents at night as she is in deep sleep. I have been checked it at night but sometimes she has no urine. It is exhausting to wake up at night and figure out it is not the right time. I decided to order this and give her a trial. It is very small device. There is sound, sound + vibration and off function. The sound is loud and will wake her and me up. It is like an alarm clock.

Broken after 1 use
Not happy with this product at all. Bought one which broke after 2 nights so I got a refund and bought another. Second one broke after 1 use. I think it was when the unit was clipped to the waist it stopped working the next day, maybe urine had got into the unit and damaged the electronics. When I had it on my son's arm it worked fine but he didn't find it comfortable. Seems really silly as sure it should be designed to be water proof.

works well
This has been a useful tool in helping my child wake up over night if they have wet themselves. There are 3 volume settings, all of which are fairly loud. It has definitely woke us up so I'd say does a good job, however the other night it kept going off for no reason, must have been wet somewhere still, it is ok now though. The material on the band that holds it on the arm isn't very good and started pulling off almost right away when Velcro it on and off, so I will need to sew on some felt or reattach this one somehow or something. But over all I ma happy with this.

You get what you pay for!
For a value bed wetting alarm this is great. My son doesn’t mind wearing it, it works well and it’s loud enough. It isn’t the best quality in the world and I don’t think it will last forever but for what you pay it’s great!

Great product, but stopped working after 3 weeks
The product is great as it rings as soon as the first drop of pee touches it. Unfortunately it stopped working after 3 weeks, which is really frustrating

Broke after second use
1st night worked well. 2nd night, the alarm started buzzing and making music even when my child was dry. When an ‘accident’ happened, the alarm played the loudest music even though that was not the mode it was in (my child does not do well with loud noises) and we could NOT turn it off!!! When we tried turning it off, it kept turning on and blinking and playing music. Even when wiped, dried, and charging it is still permanently on. Really unhappy with this. We have gone from having a motivated child to an uneasy child.Avoid this product.

It works
Told my 8 year old son about this and he was a little apprehensive but he definitely gave it a go and he actually enjoyed helping me choose a sound to wake him and he also was super happy about the progress sheet that it comes with, he’s had dry nights ever since I’ve purchased this. It’s recommended if you’ve exhausted all other options. I also made sure that drinks were cut off from about 6pm and bedtimes at 9. Hope this helps

Worked for us
The alarm itself is cheap and cheerful but it absolutely worked for us. My son is 7 and had never been dry overnight. Other attempts at moving out of pyjama pants didn't work as he just slept through, even if his bed was soaked. I initially thought this wasn't going to work for us as the first night we used it it went off 3 times and his bed was soaked each time. We decided to give it at least a week. The 4th night he only woke up wet once, and the 6th night the alarm woke him in time to get to the toilet. After that the next 2 weeks were plain sailing with him either being being totally dry overnight or the alarm either waking him in time to get to the toilet. We stopped using the alarm after 3 weeks and he now wakes up and goes to the toilet in the night if he needs it but he often doesn't need to go at all. We had a few accidents in the first couple of months after using the alarm but 4 months later they seem to have passed completely.
