Usborne quality. The set has 22 books for beginner readers, where letters are introduced step by step + others more advanced.My little one is too young yet, but she already showed an interest.Stories are short and cute, and keep the child interested with fun images.It's my 3rd Usborne set and I'm happy with all 3.

High quality books. Love how it is differentiated to allow for progression as well as provide opportunity to develop comprehension. Wish we had this when my oldest was learning to read. My daughter (4) loves them and can't wait to read at least one new book a day. Highly recommend these and wish schools had them. More kids would learn to read. As it is the books she gets sent home with are inaccessible to her and would put her off learning.

If you are considering buying these for your maybe 5-6 year old I would absolutely say buy them ! My sons reading has come on so so well and his confidence is now amazing. You start by reading together then it moves on to them telling full stories. He enjoys them more than homework books.

My son loves these. Great for fun and learning. Read together. One page for adult to read and then followed by a simpler page for the child. Perfect age range and word appropriate in line with school reading.

Excellent set of books for young children

Took these books to the nursery as a farewell memory gift. Kids loved the books so much. I hope these books will seed the thirst for knowledge and reading in future.

Bought this set to build my daughters confidence in reading. She loves the stories. They are short and simple yet complex enough for child in reception, puzzles at the end of the book test childs understanding of the story, recall and focus. Size and variety of the set will entertain child for a while. Great value for money.
