I ordered this watch to have a basic, functional wall before a backpacking trip. It's easy to set, is slim and light, and it looks just the right amount of old school dorky. I'm not taking it scuba diving, so I didn't need the water resistance of a G-Shock, so this is a great value for the money when you need a basic watch to tell time, and know it will keep running accurately.

This is hands-down the best budget daily watch I’ve ever owned. It’s sleek, durable, and super comfortable—you can wear it all day without even noticing it’s on. The classic Casio design looks great and goes with anything, and the bright backlight is a nice bonus for low-light situations.What I love most is that it’s helped me check the time without constantly reaching for my phone, which has actually helped me stay more focused throughout the day. Great watch for every day use. Comfortable and long lasting. I've been wearing this watch daily for six months now, and it's holding up great with minimal scratching. I wash my hands with it on, but I do not shower or swim with it, so I cannot truly attest to water resistance though it seems okay. Watch quality:Decent. This watch works great as a cheap watch. I have a Samsung Watch 7 as well for GPS and Activity Tracking. I have gone through several of these watches (around 3 since 2022).For some reason the glass on this watch cracked on its own and the crack spread through the whole screen. I didnt do anything to it. I have only had it for a couple of weeks. My first one lasted me several years.I guess it must have been a manufacturing defect.This watch has a very low profile on your wrist and gives you the date, which is really useful.I swam with the first watch in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, and the Indian Ocean several times and shower with it everyday and it is most definitely waterproof (Im not sure about how deep that would work, but it works for regular swimming).
