Boyfriend and I gift each other calendars each year. I took a chance on a history calendar this year and this one has not yet disappointed. 3 weeks into the year, the content thus far has varied through the centuries and around the world. Most days are full of history and context. A great buy for a history lover and work appropriate for those that don't have a private work space.

We walk the path of scores of people in our past, here's a good way of knowing what the day is and at the same time you get to learn a little more of the past. You're guaranteed to come off being a better informed person and maybe even a little more knowledgable too. Highly recommend this calendar. I enjoy random history facts so this is fun for me. There are some sports history and I'm not a huge fan but there's not a ton of those so it's fine. I would prefer if Saturday and Sunday were each on their own page instead of sharing a page but that's pretty standard for calendars. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because the cardboard stand on the back is weak. It broke the first time I tried to use it so I fabricated my own

Purchased this for my bonus dad who loves history and military history and all the things. He told me he refuses to rip the pages off, because sometimes he wants to read back through a few again, just for fun. Happy that he is happy!

I gifted this to my father-in-law, who's a Veteran. He enjoyed the one I gave him last year so much that I decided to get him another one this year! Every time we chat, he shares something new he's learned from it. One aspect he really values is seeing a different perspective on experiences he went through.

My husband is a huge history enthusiast! I bought him this calendar for Christmas. Every evening I tell him the date and see if he can guess the subject. So far he is right about 75% of the time! The descriptions are interesting and so far, has taught me a lot. The product showed up on time, with no damage. It stands up very nicely on our coffee table. The pages rip off easily. This is very important as my husband is keeping them all. :) So far, my only wonder is, why the subject on St. Patrick's day didn't have any mention of an Irish subject. I greatly appreciate learning about the Carroll County Courthouse Massacre, and wouldn't want it not mentioned, but feel a side note could have mentioned an Irish history blurb. I will definitely be buying him another, for next year.
