I am really impressed with this! after reading the reveiws i was really apprehensive but i bought it anyway. It came within three days, i think it even came a day early. It is made of genuine ceramic and has a nice wait to it. It also came with a case, which ia decent quality and protects it well (i dropped it while it was in the case and there isnt even a scratch.) The string it comes with to hang round the neck is pretty and decorated nicely, all you have to do is put it through the hole to the left of the mouthpiece and tie it together- it holds amazingly. The book, however, is lower quality. Its set out as more of a leaflet and is quite flimsy. Its got a few helpful tips about how to hold the ocarina, and some finger positions although they were sort of vague, and has good information about how to actually blow into the piece.In terms of the sound, it sounds very high quality. People in the reveiws saying the higher notes arent as good are playing it wrong. The way you blow and regulate your breath depends on how you stain the notes, your intonation and pitch, and with the higher notes you have to blow faster while the lower notes you blow slower. So basically, the sounds is fine, and after practice your higher notes would sound better. The only bad thing I have to say is that it didnt come with the white hand stand which i was hoping for, but im not disapointed. Its worth more than the price <3
