I am absolutely thrilled with this hands-free breast pump! After using it several times, I can confidently say it’s a game-changer. First off, the setup is incredibly easy—no complicated parts or confusing instructions. It’s so simple to use, and I was able to pump while doing other tasks, which is a huge time-saver for a busy mom like me.The suction is fantastic, and I got great output each time without any discomfort. What I love most is that it stays securely in place, even while I’m moving around, so I don’t have to worry about adjusting it constantly.Cleaning is a breeze as well! All the parts are easy to detach and wash, and I love that it’s so low-maintenance. I can’t imagine going back to traditional pumps after using this one. The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd baby, I teach full-time and i had such an awful time pumping when i went back to work after my 1st. I had bleeding nipples, loud pumping, would stick off my body/ being uncomfortable, which was all so stressful it destroyed my supply and i couldn't get it back.With this pump, I'm producing so well, and I don't feel any pain at all after the initial 30 seconds or so when starting the let down. It automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, and stays charged for 4+ pump sessions. It's easy to clean (just 4 parts) and pours easily into bottles. Video to show how you're supposed to pour it, but also how to pour quickly without losing any milk. It came with the adjuster for a smaller size, which was perfect for me. Also, you can also get this pump free with most insurances if you go through AeroflowBreastPumps.com , but if you already used your free one (like i did) you can get it for a fair price here! Pros:1) straightforward design: easy to put together, take apart, and wash2) good suction: maybe not as efficient as a hospital grade pump, but a good on-the-job option (I got almost 5oz out of an 18 minute pumping session, where I usually get 3 or 4)3)reasonable fit: fits comfortably enough in a nursing bra, and has strap extenders to fit around the pumps (I'm a B/C cup while breastfeeding, so can only vouch for users with average sizes breasts)4) reasonable cost: cheaper than some of the other products on the market (though I've only bought this one, so don't have a point of comparison in terms of fit or performance)Cons:1) not all that quiet: even with stimulation or massage mode, I can still hear the motor working. The loudest modes are automatic and expression mode. I might be able to get away with using these on a train, at a mall, or some other crowded area, but definitely not at work, outside of a lactation room.2) not all that subtle-looking: you'll look like you've gone up about three sizes. Perhaps a scarf or parka will help with coverage, unless you're fine with letting the public think you're particularly anatomically blessed (if so, more power to you!)3) manual is lacking: the modes aren't clearly explained in the manual, so I'm not really sure what the differences are between stimulation, massage, expression, and automatic mode. Expression is likely letdown mode, but the others are not clear.4) can leak: you have to be very vigilant about making sure the seals are completely closed, or your milk will leak through the bottom (I had this happen once, when one of my seals hadn't totally clicked into place)5) design flaw: the motor above the flange makes it difficult to know if your nipple is properly aligned, so you have to go by feeling. Also, some milk can get trapped behind the silicone seal when pouring the milk out into a bottle or container.

I paid full price out of pocket for this. I was so excited and had very high hopes for them! The first couple pumps I was blown away with how convenient and easy to use they are. They emptied me pretty well and I was super happy with my purchase. But after a handful of used I’ve noticed a big change. One battery is a lot stronger than the other so one I’ll get like 2 1/2-3oz out of one boob but only 1-1 1/2 oz off the other and then that boob feels like it’s not emptied completely. Also, these are not at all discreet. They’re bulky, you can’t bend or move much because they’ll leak. It’s hard to see what’s going on too. My very first use it was sucking next to the nipple rather than the actual nipple lol. Also, they don’t seal well. So occasionally they’ll leak out bottom. I’m giving these 3 stars because they do work. Not very well, and they are easy to clean, but that’s about it. Wish I would have chose a different pump.

I wanted to love this pump, but it just wasn’t as good as I expected. I have other lansinoh products that I love and use daily; however this pump did not work for me. The suction is not good, even on the highest setting it did not empty me out completely. It really just felt like it was playing with my nipple. My milk output per pump session is typically 9oz combining both breasts. I was lucky to get 4oz with this pump. I do not recommend.
