I have used these for over 2 months now and see absolutely no difference. They did however remove a large chunk of skin from my stomach the first time I tried to peel one off, they are VERY sticky! They have made no difference to my weight whatsoever, do not waste your money!

I have bought these patches again after Xmas indulgence and I can’t praise them highly enough.. I have must better GI transit when I use them and I literally feel like inches just melt away from my middle! Obviously I don’t continue use once I reach my goals but they are just an amazing kick start. I don’t know if they do, but for me I feel increased energy

Should not be sold on here . I tried them for 2 weeks no sign of weight loss . But they did BURN my skin . I was left with very sore red and bleeding skin where the patches were fitted disgusted

Don’t stick very well, didn’t work for me

Unfortunately I was allergic to an ingredient in these patches causing discomfort and for my skin to break. Great customer services from the seller who provided a full refund.

since buying these i have noticed a big big change, i am actually eating less and smaller portions, dont seem to have many cravings. would deffo recommend. scales are telling me i have not lost much weight but can see my tummy deffo going down :)
