Circulon A1 Series Nonstick Induction Frying Pan Set, 6-Piece, Graphite

I researched different types of pans to replace my Teflon pans. These pans are safe, truly non-stick and can be put in the oven up to 400°. When cooking scrambled eggs, a little egg residue may be left on the pan but is easily removed with running water or sponge. Each pan comes with a glass cover, which is an added bonus. The quality is excellent, especially at this price point.

Just like the box says, "cook fearlessly". Absolutely love these pans. They are my favorite. I have stainless steel, cast iorn, and even a hex clad skillet. These Circulon pans do it all and clean up is a breeze.

It was time to finally retire my old, scratched pans. I tried several different (usually expensive) brands, but wound up sending the others back. These Circulon pans truly are non-stick, heat evenly on my gas cooktop, have good weight, and are very easy to clean. They say they're dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is so easy and quick that I'll skip the dishwasher to assure longevity.

Love the pans. You don't even need oil or butter.

I was so excited to see a highly reviewed cookware set on black Friday. So, I purchased these pans with high hopes. Im not saying they're bad..just that I cook alot of eggs and egg whites for breakfast. The instructions say not to use spray cooking oils and to use minimal oil to cook. So, I thought I'd try to cook without any oil or butter. Eggs stuck to to bottom of the pan as they did on other old pans before them. I had to use the rough side of the sponge(also not recommended) to get them off. Oh well I guess.

Excellent heat distribution, easily wipes clean, ergonomic handles. Don't stack, use a scrub pad, wash in a dishwasher, or over temp and they'll last for years. Do use silicon utensils, or wooden utinsels with a light touch. So much easier to wipe clean, or if weirded out about just wiping clean, use a very small amount of dish soap with a sponge and hang back up (or however you might store them). If you do need to stack because lack of room, use a soft dish washing towel between pots.
