I am about 6 days in on quitting now tried cold turkey and failed so many times so decided to quit with a mate and I took the chewing gum route. I waited untill I needed one so badly then had a chewing gum , they taste nice to start with but as soon as the nicotine kicks in it’s very strong. I chewed them for a bit longer after this spat it out and to my surprise the craving was gone. I’ve not even used a whole pack and have now just started chewing normal gum and after 3 days the urge has gone. Hopefully long may it continue. So overall they don’t taste great but they do work if you can put up with the taste. Good luck all

It’s fine but doesn’t burn first few times

I wanted a cheap way to ease nicotine cravings while stopping smoking (again). This pack was very cheap and in fact I didn't use more than a few as my regular nicotine intake wasn't much anyway.This is the weakest strength and even then it was too much for me. Chewing even half of one did satiate my cravings but always resulted in an immediate headache.Fortunately I didn't need much more after that but it's I am extremely sensitive to nicotine.

Purchased these at an attempt to quit smoking, or at least lower the amount of cigarettes consumed. I felt that the product felt very underwhelming simply because the nicotine is not strong enough. Didn't really kill the urges for a cigarette but does distract you somewhat and provide a placebo effect.

Very expensive item.
