A big hit with my grandson and well worth the thought put into charging I bought this Bronco Raptor ride-on for my grandson and it has been such a hit. It looks wonderful in person and really does resemble a little Bronco, not a flimsy toy. The headlights are bright, the horn makes him laugh every time, and it feels solid and well made. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took me about an hour, taking my time and following the instructions. This is a big ride-on. It’s quite wide and larger than I expected, so it does need space. It also has plenty of power. Even the slow setting moves along briskly indoors, and the faster setting is really meant for outside. Once we learned where it works best, it’s been nothing but fun. Because this wasn’t inexpensive and my grandson only comes over occasionally, I paid close attention to the battery instructions. They recommend charging for about 8 to 12 hours, never more than 20 hours, and not letting the battery run completely dead. I didn’t want to be guessing or worrying about charge times, so I wanted something simple and reliable. I bought a Charge-o-matic timer on Amazon and it has been perfect. It was very easy to program, even for me and I am not technically inclined. I have it set for 12 hours on, then 30 days off, repeating automatically. When my grandson is done riding, we just plug it in and forget about it. If he comes back soon, it’s ready. If weeks go by between visits, it’s still ready and the battery is protected. Living in Florida, we do lose power from time to time, and I really appreciate that the timer remembers its settings. When the power comes back on, it resumes automatically with no reprogramming. All in all, this has been a wonderful purchase. It’s fun, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed, and with the right charging setup, I expect it to last for many years. I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend using a timer for charging if you want peace of mind.

I was hesitant to purchase one of these for my kid as I had heard of these not having the best batteries and breaking down - that is absolutely incorrect. This little Bronco is SO fun! To start, the bright pink is hilarious and the "Raptor" addition makes it even better. The front lights look EXACTLY like a Bronco. There's a radio that actually tunes into the local channels - mine doesn't change so that could be a bug? - but it Bluetooth's to a phone so I just use that every time to listen to music. The best part is the ability to switch from a remote to pedals. The remote has 3 speeds as well as the parking brake. It works at a decent distance away from the machine. The turning radius is a tad small but the machine does go everywhere. The battery seems to last for awhile, we recently went on a 20 minute walk and I don't think the battery slowed down at all. My only comment is you can't actually tell what the battery is at, so charging is kind of at a random. The instructions say to just not let it charge for more than 12 hours. The customer service was also fantastic - they honored a lower price just days after I bought this. Overall - this is my kids favorite toy!

We bought the Bronco Raptor to our grandson's 2nd birthday. My husband has a white Bronco Raptor, so it was the perfect gift. My husband is handy, so he was able to assemble it. It was a huge hit with our grandson. It was a bonus that the Bronco has safety belts that allowed his one-year-old brother to ride along. My son was able to pilot the Bronco with the remote control which was such a nice feature. I can't say enough good things about this product. It is worth every penny!

My son loves it. Big enough to accommodate 2 kids. Remote control is available stop the car and prevent accidents. Instructions for assembly were good. Overall happy with the purchase

Excellent vehicle for toddler, it only took a few attempts and my grand-daughter mastered driving! Battery life last long, the blue tooth was a major hit playing her favorite Disney songs while driving. Lights up and can drive on sidewalks and grass versatility and worth the money. Hours of fun.

Hard plastic wheels wear quickly. Car slips on downhill slops when stopping. 2 children rode over 1/2 mile with no problem. Plenty of battery life. Easy assembly. Don't like the type of connection used for charging battery. It's difficult to disconnect. Children love car and we have great time going around neighborhood. Neighbor (who has a similar rider) challenged us to a race...with or without the children. Looks and operates great. We feel its a good purchase.

Its been used a lot over the last 6 months and still going strong. Easy to charge. Perfect for a 4 year old and easy to maneuver. The parental controller is easy to use too if you need to steer or stop it. Putting it together did take a few hours with 1 person.

Car stopped working within a week. Very disappointed. My son was the most disappointed
