So Tasty
Brought some back from Cape Town last year. One of the best tasting rubs I’ve had. Excellent on chicken. Rub on and leave for 4/5 hours, cook and enjoy

So "Ouma" means Grandma is South Africa, and this company was started by a "Funky Grandma" when she was 67, using natural home grown herbs and natural ingredients. This Black Garlic salt comes in a small can with a pull up dispenser like a mini petrol can or oil can! It's an attractive label and generally a nice package. It's a bit bigger than I was expecting and is essentially a mix of salt with garlic and onion and a hint of lemon zest. It's obviously salty so needs to be added as a seasoning but tastes absolutely delicious. Love it.

This black garlic salt is really tasty! It has a unique, savoury blend of garlic, salt, and a hint of onion that elevates any dish. I have been sprinkling it on almost everything, but it's incredibly delicious, mixed with butter and rubbed on chicken before baking. The metal tin is a nice touch, too, and it would make an excellent gift for any foodie friend.
