Easy to swallow size
Easy to swallow. Nicely packaged and convenient.

Great for smashed elbows!
After getting my elbow reconstructed following a bad fall, a chemist recommended that I take these, as chondroitin is supposed to be good for joints on the way back from traumatic injuries. Since starting to take them I haven't had any pain from the joint. Yes they are a bit of a mouthful but with 400mg chondroitin they do the job.

Picture of product I was expecting and the one that I received.
The product delivered was not the one pictured. This has happened before when my daughter ordered for me. I double checked that it contained rose hip, and tumeric which has worked for me previously in relieving joint pain. The product delivered I have tried in the past and doesn’t help
