Title: Excellent Patio Heater! The East Oak Pyrol48000 is a great addition to our backyard. It puts out a lot of heat and looks fantastic. Setup was simple, and the build feels solid and durable. It heats a wide area and adds a nice touch of style to the patio. Definitely worth it for chilly nights outside! What I really like is how easy it is to use—just push the ignition and it fires right up every time. The safety features give peace of mind, especially with kids around. It’s been running smoothly and feels like it’s built to last.

Adds to the estetic to my courtyard and the fire is so cool. This is a quality heater I highly reccomend.

This heater is fantastic as is the East Oak company. We love the way it looks and provides more than enough heat for us. We had one small issue that was 100% our fault but their service team was so happy to help resolve and did so in record time. It took about 2 hours to assemble the heater. The door to access the propane tank does not fit properly, closes a bit crooked. There is no hole in the base plate of the propane tank holding area. You must rely on the strap to hold the tank. I bought a 30 lb propane tank which fits ok (but better if there was a hole in the base plate). When we turned up the heat, The 20 lb propane tank regulator froze. Support suggested a new tank. I decided to get a 30 lb tank. We have not tried another 20 lb tank. Waiting for winter to see 30-40 degree weather heat output. It is more than adequate in a 20x30 outdoor (2 sides closed) area at 50 degrees.

Makes nice looking flame but provides near zero or zero warmth. All the heat goes out the top. I have a 6 year old highland heat lamp from tractor supply that still works perfectly and provides so much heat I don’t put it all the way up. Decided to buy this lamp to try something new… total waste of money

I bought the Pyramid Patio Heater as eye candy for my beach house firepit area. I wanted to avoid open flames, dealing with firewood and had to have something more substantial than a propane firepit. 1.) EAST OAK filled the bill, assembled quickly worked beautifully and fit my space well. 2.) The extreme conditions here on the NC coast took a toll on the flame tube guards; they rusted quickly. I contacted East Oak and replacements were sent immediately. Best customer servive I can remember. It was suggested I purchase a cober for protection against the elements when not in use. I did that and more. I purchased a few cans of high heat Rustoleum paint and painted the replacement wire guards. Time will tell, but I'm optimistic.

I purchased 2 of these outdoor standup heaters for an event at my home earlier this year. Unfortunately one of the glass tubes broke unexpectedly. I researched purchasing a new one though different vendors, however the size needed was unavailable. I then choose to reach out to East Oak Company to see if I could purchase a new glass tube from them directly. My contact (Celia) from East Oak Customer Support Team responded quickly and communicated that she would make arrangements for a new glass tube to be shipped free of charge including shipping. I was shocked by the swiftness in her response and the overall customer service experience. I definitely recommend this company and their product. And be the way there product functioned as expected keeping all our guests warm and comfortable on a chilly Texas evening. Thank you Celia and East Oak.
