what's the difference between the lite and professional tools

All ear spoons are of the same craftsmanship and quality, pro has a more advanced tinplate stainless steel gift box packaging, and has seven functionally different double-ended ear spoons for the whole family to use.

Is it best to use Oil or just use the tools dry? If oil is to be used any suggestions what works best?

Just use them dry. Using oil can cause an ear infection

You’re suppose to use these tools to clean the insides of your ears out. I don’t find them useful. Waste of money.
