I am writing this review as a regular and loyal customer of Wellwith Ayuzera Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Pulp Concentrate, and honestly, I am extremely disappointed with what I have received in the latest bottle. I was not an occasional buyer. I repeatedly purchased this product because I trusted its quality and was willing to pay a premium price for what was presented as a highly concentrated sea buckthorn pulp product. But this time, I noticed a significant difference in the product — it appeared thinner and more diluted, with a noticeably lighter colour and consistency compared with the earlier bottles I had purchased. Initially, I thought perhaps there was some natural batch-to-batch variation. Then I checked the label. And the difference is clearly printed on the bottles. OLD formulation: “Made with 99.99% Sea buckthorn Fruit Pulp” CURRENT formulation: “Made with 90% Sea buckthorn Fruit Pulp, Water, Preservative (INS 211)” The earlier product declared 99.99% sea buckthorn fruit pulp, whereas the current product declares only 90% pulp and now lists water as an ingredient. This isn't simply a matter of my personal taste or perception. The manufacturer's own labels show a substantial change in the formulation. The preservative has also changed from INS 202 to INS 211. My biggest disappointment is not merely that the formulation has changed. A company is entitled to reformulate a product. The problem is the customer expectation and transparency. When customers repeatedly buy a premium product because they believe they are receiving a highly concentrated formulation, changing it from 99.99% pulp to 90% pulp + water fundamentally changes what the customer is purchasing. And if the formulation has changed, why shouldn't loyal customers be clearly informed? The product is still being sold as a Sea Buckthorn Pulp Concentrate, and customers who previously bought the 99.99% formulation may reasonably assume that they are buying essentially the same product again. Instead, I discovered the change only after purchasing and opening the new bottle. This is what breaks customer trust. Many brands follow a pattern that is extremely frustrating for consumers: first establish a reputation by offering a genuinely good-quality product, earn customer confidence, build a loyal customer base — and then gradually modify the formulation while continuing to charge a premium price. I sincerely hope Wellwith is not going down that path. If the company has decided to change the formulation, then please be transparent about it. Tell existing customers clearly that the product has changed from 99.99% pulp to 90% pulp with water added. Don't make loyal customers discover such a significant change by comparing old and new bottles themselves. I paid a premium because I wanted a concentrated sea buckthorn pulp, not because I wanted a product that could simply be diluted with water. I have attached photographs of the old and new ingredient labels so that prospective buyers can see the difference themselves. Old: 99.99% Sea Buckthorn Fruit Pulp. New: 90% Sea Buckthorn Fruit Pulp + Water. That is a 9.99 percentage-point reduction in the declared pulp content, which is a substantial formulation change. For me, this is particularly disappointing because I was a repeat customer who had developed trust in the brand. A premium price can be justified by premium quality, but once the formulation is reduced without clear communication, the customer is left questioning what exactly they are paying the premium for. Wellwith, if you are reading this: please don't compromise the quality that earned your customers in the first place. I would much rather see the original 99.99% pulp formulation restored than see a trusted premium product gradually become a more diluted version while retaining its premium positioning. Existing customers — please check your bottle's ingredient panel carefully. Don't assume that the current product is identical to the older formulation. Very disappointed. This isn't just about one bottle. It's about the trust between a brand and its loyal customers. If this doesn't corrected, soon we'll have to see for other alternatives. This significant formulation change has seriously damaged my trust in the brand, and customers deserve transparency when a premium product changes from 99.99% pulp to 90% pulp + water.

I recently tried the Wellwith Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Pulp along with the Omega CTC Tea, and I’m quite happy with both products. The packaging looks premium and the products were well presented. The sea buckthorn pulp is easy to include in my daily routine, and I appreciate that it contains naturally occurring nutrients such as Vitamin C and Omega fatty acids. The Omega CTC Tea also has a pleasant taste and makes for a refreshing cup of tea. What I liked most is that this combo offers two different products that can easily become part of a regular wellness routine. The quality and overall presentation are impressive, and the products feel thoughtfully made. Delivery and packaging were also satisfactory. Overall, I had a good experience with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to try sea buckthorn products and a refreshing tea option. Definitely worth giving it a try!

I had a great experience with my first purchase—the sea buckthorn juice felt very pure, with a thick consistency and a strong natural sour taste that gave me confidence in its quality. However, my second purchase was disappointing. The juice seems less concentrated, with a thinner consistency and a much milder sourness compared to the first bottle. It feels like the quality is not as consistent as before. I hope the manufacturer maintains the same quality across every batch because the first purchase was excellent.

Quality is not good. In second purchase Set name: Pulp The taste is entirely change from previous bottol. Please maintain the quality of pulp as you take highest price of bottol among the available brands. We want quality but you disappoint this time. Please maintain quality of pulp.

The product is really nice, but I’m disappointed because another item from my order hasn’t been delivered. The app shows it as delivered, but I never received it.
