Elemonator: House Wash Surfactant for Siding, Roof and Concrete Cleaning, Bleach Additive, Soft Wash Soap, 1/2 Gallon, 64 Fl Oz (QTY 1)

Works very well. Pleasant smell. Will buy again

Works great! Especially with SH, sort of takes the bleach smell away. It’s been my bread and butter for all pressure washing jobs.

Love this with house wash. Nice simple addition to my solution. A little pricey but worth the cost. Nice lemon scent adds to cut bleach smell slightly and helps the bleach stick to the grime a lil better to rinse off easier.

The product photo can be a little misleading at first glance. I initially thought I was getting a 1-gallon container, but it is actually 0.5 gallon / 64 oz. The correct size is stated in the listing, so definitely read the details before ordering.I used the entire bottle across 5 different exterior cleaning jobs, mixing it with chlorine/bleach. It mixed well and produced some noticeable foam, which helped the solution stay on the surface. As far as actual cleaning performance, I honestly didn't notice a major difference in removing mold and algae compared with using my cleaning solution without the surfactant. The biggest benefit for me was the scent—it smells good and helps mask some of the strong chlorine/bleach smell.Overall, it worked as a surfactant and did what I expected in terms of foaming and scent, but based on my experience over five jobs, I didn't see a significant improvement in the final cleaning results. On pressureteck official site you can buy a gallon for the same price!

Product works great. Removed all dirt, grime and stains. Used as directed on the bottle and worked great.

Works great, a little goes a long way. Just a bit pricey.

Great surfactant. I didn’t know what I was missing until using this. Will be in my arsenal moving forward always
