Compared to berberine ...
Compared to berberine - I didn't find this product 5 times more effective according to research. Berberine is yellowish in color including hydro berberine. This color doesn't even come close to regular berberine. As a type 2 diabetic, I have taken 3 capsules at a time with food and my blood sugar hasn't budged. Companies make a lot of money from fancy labelling and compelling words on the label. Pardon my bluntness but in my opinion this product is completely useless.
