Soy una mujer con artritis reumatoyde,la verdad es lo mejor que eh tomado, deje de tomar medicamentos y ahora tomo esto todos lodias por la mañana. despues del desayuno agrega un poco de agua oh jugo menos dela mitad del medidor listo.el sabor es terrible pero si funciona.

Good product. Weird taste. You may have that weird taste but it's worth it.
Great product for skin and hair. I guess our American diet is making us all look like zombies on purpose now so that we're forced to buy items such as this so that we can look like normal vibrant human beings again what you said. This product works and helps to grow hair and places where it was falling out good for skin and brain health too from what I can tell. I take it after breakfast with my morning coffee and zip around for the rest of the day like a robot.
