Infrared Sauna Blanket for Home Detox, Portable, 6 ft x 2.6 ft

The RRGFB Infrared Sauna Blanket has been a fantastic addition. My wife absolutely loves it, making it the best alternative for an in-home sauna during winter. The blanket comes in a very nice package with a carry-on bag included, along with 5 disposable sauna wraps and instructions. Its high-quality zipper goes all around with dual rings for easy operation and makes it wrap up the body. The extra reflective blanket wrap provides additional warmth, effectively aiding muscle recovery and offering a calming effect. I initially used it by gradually increasing the temperature setting from 130 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. At 5'7", I found its length comfortable to cover my entire body. The design is intuitive and user-friendly with adjustable heating and timing settings. I found it beneficial for relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation. The blanket heats up quickly, making it perfect for busy schedules. It's also portable and easy to store under the bed. Overall, an excellent investment for health and wellness, highly recommended for anyone looking to detox and relax.

This infrared sauna blanket is excellent; it heats up quickly, allows for temperature adjustment, and features an auto-shutoff system. It is easy to use and store. I absolutely love this blanket.

Im so happy with my purchase. This sauna blanket came with really nice quality, the zippers are nicely designed with double sided and smooth to glide. The surface fabric is very sturdy . I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell at all. Not just me but my husband also enjoyed it so much that it is so relaxing and easy to use. I feel so toasty and relaxed, it’s shocking how sweaty you can get be in it in 20 mins. I leave this in my bedroom and it’s easy to fold away and unfold when needed in a weekly basis. I highly recommended to give it a try.

Bought for musculoskeletal problems. It is worth every penny. I am really happy with the product experience. It’s so soothing and relaxing. 10/10. I will continue to use it until it no longer works, and then I will buy another one. EDIT: I continue to use this a couple times a week, and it is going strong after more than a month. We even bring it with us on overnight road trips. No joke, this is probably the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. THANK YOU 🙏 September 2026. Original item purchased in December 2025 is still going strong. Sauna (130 degrees for 30 min) followed by the muscle roller alleviates aches and I’m still very happy with this purchase. I like it so much I bought another one to store at the house down south

A little cumbersome, sometimes heats unevenly and the zipper pulls are very poor quality almost as of they weren't made for the heavier zip seams.I like it at first but the zipper pulls broke rather quickly and have had to use the inside ones or opposite side. I may replace them entirely. Update - more parts have broken like the zipper stops in the arm holes. I'm very unimpressed with the quality and already have to purchase a replacement after less than three months. (Final Note-this vendor has attempted to offer me $40 to take down my review using multiple email addresses. I've decided to reduce to 1 star. )

Great has someone to help you

I am always cold. My husband bought this for me for Christmas. After 4 uses, I can already tell I will be using this item significantly. I plug in the blanket and get it warming. The control panel is simple with a power button, temperature and time adjustments. It shows the current temperature as it is heating but does not beep or make noise with any operation. Within a minute, it is up to temperature. The hardest part is getting past the feeling of being inside an human-sized insulated lunch box. If I wear light cotton clothes, this feeling is less. The zipper has two large rings to help make closing the blanket easier. It is a slight struggle but worth it. Once inside, I feel completely enveloped in soothing warmth. Whether I am seeing all the health benefits of a sauna, that is to be determined. So far, I am more relaxed, less sore, and seem to have improved sleep. The cleanup is easy—just wipe down with a damp cloth and allow to dry completely. Material and construction seem to be a good quality.

UPDATE: I took off a star because of the lack of information available.. they don't mention how it heats up or what material is inside.. a company would only do this if they're hiding something. They can legally call this infrared even if it's not the kind that makes a difference. I still enjoy the ritual but for the price I'm not digging the lack of transparency. I've had this for a month now and I use it 3+ times a week on 160 degrees for at least 30 minutes, any less and I won't sweat. I've never been a sweater- like to a scary degree, I've always felt like something was wrong with me. But HAPPILY this thing makes me drip sweat. I just put it on the carpeted floor, slightly propped over a pillow so I can watch tv, I lay a towel inside so it doesn't feel like I'm burning, I go in naked and then I wipe it down with a damp washcloth every single time, let that air dry while I shower, then roll it up and put it into my closet. It's become a calming ritual to be honest, it's worth the clean up! I used to cover the neck opening with a towel but realized that I didn't actually need it in order to sweat. Only con, the zippers aren't always flawless, when you're trying to zip your own shoulders in it can be a little frustrating.

I unfortunately have not yet been able to use the sauna blanket because the plug fitted is a US plug and I am in the Uk. Fairly disappointing. I have ordered an adaptor and will update this when I have used it. Update: Sauna blanket is great, definitely line it with a towel but would recommend

Leider ist die Strombuchse nicht für Deutschland gemacht und somit konnte ich die Saunadecke leider nicht ausprobieren
