I must say I'm very impressed with this product I've been using it for about a week now and I have noticed that I don't feel sluggish anymore and that my joints are not sore. I always have had back pain that doesn't allow me to stand on the kitchen when I'm cooking but since using this supplement I've noticed I can stand and cook my food for short burst of time.

I have heard nothing but great things about this stuff, so I decided to add it into my rotation.One key thing for me, is that it 100% curves away sugar cravings.

Only been taking them for a few days, but by 8pm the first 2 nights I was falling asleep. So I had to change taking them in the morning to late evening. If you’re having trouble sleeping these should help. But every body is different. We’ll see if these also help with my menstrual issues.

I have ordered these before,no complaints. This last order sadly was apparently "lost" so I had to get a refund from Amazon.

Well it hasn't hurt anything but not sure it is helping anything either. I will finish the bottle and not buy another. If things go south then I will start up again. Time will tell
