Zulay Kitchen Mini Mighty Milk Frother Wand, Powerful Coffee Frother, Blanc

I honestly laughed when I opened this because it’s SO small, but don’t let that fool you, this thing is powerful. I use it almost daily to make cold foam for my Red Bull Italian sodas and it works perfectly every time. It froths super fast and makes the foam nice and thick without a ton of effort. I also love that it’s small enough to just throw in a drawer and not take up any space. Super convenient if you don’t want some big bulky frother sitting on your counter. If you want something small but mighty that actually works, this is 100% worth it.

For $4, you get a tiny box with the handheld base and a small wand. It snaps together easily, runs on two AAA batteries, and has an on/off switch on the side. It’s simple, compact, and unimpressive at first glance. After a quick rinse, I was ready. The side switch doesn’t slide smoothly and isn’t ideal for older hands, but I managed. I poured a couple of ounces of milk into a glass and within a minute, foam began to form. The foam kept building, my anticipation growing, though it occasionally stalled when bumping the glass. When it reached high up the sides and I was done enjoying the hand therapy, I wrestled it off. Pouring out the foam proved tricky—it was clinging to the sides like it had paid rent. I used a spatula to scrape out a 2-inch stack of fluffy goodness and plopped it down on my hot coffee. I finished the cup before it cooled and still had a cloud of froth at the bottom. For a $4 mini wand running on cheap TEMU batteries, I was impressed with its fluffing powers. It’s a great travel tool for fluffy coffee lovers, with the bonus of a gentle massage for arthritic hands. i like it a LATTE

Small and mighty! Works exactly like I need it to.

Ok, sorry for the 3 Stars because I almost love the little frother-almost. It was to replace a nearly identical one that just died. It almost works perfectly. It’s the perfect size & power for my morning coffee and periodic hydration drink. It mixes collagen powder and sweetener completely into the coffee cup. Even the occasional Ryze mushroom coffee. Plus I also add olive oil to my coffee if I’m having more than one cup. Handles all these tasks with ease. So why the 3 Stars, not 5? Two (2) things. First, when attaching the beater to the power unit it didn’t fit all that well and I was afraid I would break it if I pushed any harder. It works ok, it’s just not the way it is supposed to fit. I know because the nearly identical one it replaced snapped together with perfection. Second, the power switch on this one is glitchy. You have to really work at it to get it turned off (and on sometimes). If your fingers are even slightly wet - or heaven forbid - even a tiny bit slick with olive oil good luck. I will admit that with use it seems to be getting a bit easier and I’m hopeful it will self correct this annoyance with ongoing use. Bottom line-it’s a great deal for the money. What should one expect for approximately $5 bucks?

Although This is a good product, it worked perfectly when I first got it now I have issues with it from time to time. It just doesn’t want to turn on and I have to tap it a little bit. Once it’s on and working, it’s a nice item. Works very well, I use it for all sorts of things. My only issue is that sometimes it doesn’t turn on right away.

Update 12.25.2024 - Zulay's customer service is excellent. I reached out to the support email that is on the handle of the product and explained that ours broke. They asked me to check the tabs to make sure they weren't bent and try new batteries. It was still broken. They sent us a brand new one along with a mini one, free of charge! This company stands behind its product with hassle-free customer support. Original: I absolutely loved this product—it was fantastic while it worked! Unfortunately, it stopped functioning after just six months. On the bright side, the company includes their support team's email right on the handle, making it easy to get in touch. I've reached out to them for assistance and will update this review once I hear back, so others can know if their customer service is as good as their initial product experience.

It’s a little smaller than expected but it gets the job done I’m very careful because it seems frail to me other than that it’s a good buy.

The one I purchased (snowman) arrived sticky, like the paint job was flawed. Stank of factory plastic fumes or whatever. Hard to get off my hands. I would have returned it straight to Amazon, but there's stuff all over the box about Zulay being very responsive and just give us a call. I really wanted the snowman, and I figured the Amazon ones were probably all like that too, like a bad product run, and maybe Zulay had them (well, I think they all ship from Zulay, but I didn't pay attention). Zulay's CS were great. They said they weren't going to send a snowman because they didn't trust their stock, probably all sticky. Advised me to toss it. They offered to send another premium one AND a basic black cheapie one as a bonus and a sorry/thanks gesture. So I picked like the blue "love coffee" painted one? My second choice was the orange and green, sort of electric carrot or pumpkin motif, but they were out. So the replacements arrived and the blue themed one was sticky and chemically as well. The cheapie is fine, I use it, but I technically didn't get what I paid for. QC could use some work. Stand isn't great. Too light duty, falls over easily. Would like something a little more bottom-heavy with grip. Froths nicely. Easy to use. I prefer AA's over rechargeable, as many rechargeable products have a life cycle that I believe falls short of the cost/environmental savings.

really like it - works well

It’s does the work

This came in the mail last night. First thing this morning I opened it up and made a couple of coffees. For such a small device it's very effective. The best part about the device is that it comes with a stand.

I used this for my matcha tea and this blends out the matcha so good. Love the froth it makes

I've tried several other handheld frothers and one automatic frother and this one is the best of all. It quickly makes a thick froth out of all types of milk - including oat which is my go-to, is incredibly easy to clean, and works to make matcha as well! I also love the stand that protects it from bending and looks great on my kitchen counter. I have nothing negative to say about it and will absolutely recommend this to all my friends!!
