This a good book to read if you not able to understand simply finance and investing. I like Dr. Boyce semi-autobiography on what triggered in his brain at a young age. Good observation skills and able to apply what you seen and encountered. Dr. Boyce is trying to teach the community to stop impulse buying and be a CFO of your money. You can be a CFO of your money with just five dollars. It was a very easy read for me.

This book is simple and easy to read. It is also immensely informative for those who do not understand how stocks and the economy works. Dr. Watkins wrote the book in a way that even a child could understand most concepts of the book.

This book contains five simple rules that with a little planning and insight can be easily attained with a slight mind shift and better focus on a profitable future for ourselves and future generations. We have a blueprint to get us started.

I recommend buying the Kindle version. It’s much cheaper and reasonable for 30 pages. The book was straight to the point and very informative.

The information seemed more like a pamphlet instead of a book that cost me

Saying this book is poorly written is like saying water is wet. On literally this first page of Chapter 1, there is a massive error that was inexplicably not caught. In the middle of a paragraph the author decided to lay on the space bar and left a massive gap between words. If he had ever re-read this disgrace of a book he would have seen this. The author also rants about race more than actual stocks. There is absolutely nothing informative about markets in this book. But rather a mindset on how we should outsource any and all blame to a specific racial ethnicity. Lastly the book is only 24 pages, there are picture books that will last you longer. As someone just starting out in the markets with not much capital to work with I am so disappointed. In hindsight, I would spend my money on anything but this!

Dr Watkins clearly did not write this for money.He wrote it because he is clearly concerned about the future and is helping to educate people with little or no understanding about money in this short book.I will pass this around my family members.
