Taste good and easy to take
These are really good much nicer than tablets and very well tolerated. Taste is good just treat them as an after dinner sweet treat. They've got everything you need except calcium and vitamin D so a separate supplement gummy for that but I'd recommend these

Nasty taste but they work
Bought these less than a week ago they do work quite fast I can feel the difference with my hair as now feels thicker. The taste is disgusting they taste of a really strong Undiluted orange squash puts me off but I force myself to take them as they are working my nails feel stronger and I have more energy so if they can do that in a few days I am hoping I will feel 100% better in a few more weeks
