I have been using this product for about a year and I love them! I notice a big difference when I am not using it so I try to always have them on hand and I pair them with my vitamin D. Every body is different I guess. I saw a review that said the orange gummy versions of this brand worked better for them but for me the orange ones did nothing and these work best for me. The taste is good to me. They keep you regular like clockwork. I don't know if citrate is the formula for relaxation but to me I do sleep better when taking them. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I feel tricked. Its only 350 mg if you eat 2. They taste good, just not what I believed it to be. Which would be 350mg per chew, not per 2 chews.

Bought these for my child with encopresis. I started taking them too, and i’m experiencing better regularity. my child won’t take them because they don’t like the taste though.
