I've made fries, banana chips, pizza, chicken, and several other dishes, and the results have been consistently good. It's easy to use, heats up quickly, and cleaning is hassle-free. When the product was delivered, the grill tray was missing. I contacted Cookwell's customer support, and they responded promptly. They arranged for the missing grill tray to be delivered separately, and I received it within a week. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, it's a great air fryer with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased the product 8months ago product was good but I had a little rusting issues and so I reached the brand they were so nice to give me the new product within one week of time and their follow ups are too good thank you Cookwell best product in this price range

After around 1 year, my air fryer stopped working. I contacted Cookwell customer support, and I was really impressed with their response and service. The support team was very helpful, polite and cooperative throughout the process. They arranged the replacement smoothly and provided me with a brand-new air fryer.
