The Cookwell Air Fryer has been a great purchase. It cooks food evenly with very little oil, making meals healthier without sacrificing taste. I've made fries, banana chips, pizza, chicken, and several other dishes, and the results have been consistently good. It's easy to use, heats up quickly, and cleaning is hassle-free. When the product was delivered, the grill tray was missing. I contacted Cookwell's customer support, and they responded promptly. They arranged for the missing grill tray to be delivered separately, and I received it within a week. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, it's a great air fryer with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

The support team was very helpful, polite and cooperative throughout the process. They arranged the replacement smoothly and provided me with a brand-new air fryer.
