I have already prepared 3 batches of kombucha using this SCOBY, and all three batches turned out really good.The SCOBY was active, healthy and fermented the tea nicely. Product is definitely good but after sales is way much appreciable.
I bought SCOBY along with starter few days back and it was really good in terms of quality and packaging. and this is not limited to product only but I would say that person name Augstine is so supportive to guide me about brewing Kombucha and everything related to it. there is a card along with order in which there is a Thank you for purchase not along with his phone number if any query. and i called him so many times and he replied me calmly everytime. it's service with hospitality i would say.
